Tried to get on the site but it kept telling me I was already a member but it wouldnt accept my sign in, tried three times and have had to order elsewhere. Also saw that the trade guide was free but I had to pay for it, Not happy!!

Sorry about the problems you are having, but you seem to be the only one experiencing issues at the moment. We are getting plenty of customers using the site without problems. I'd be clearing your browsing data and history and see if that sorts the issue.
With regards to catalogues, they are free if you buy something and if you just want a catalogue then there is a small charge to cover the printing cost and carriage to get it to you.
Not many companies do catalogues any more because of the expense. We do.

Very fast to fill the order, very well layed out website and easy to use, glad i found you guys, only now with the new customs rules there'll be an extra €3 per item, sadly then it'll be un-economical to use your shop.
