Why is the "login" in website gone? Very inconvenient

I've always rented with Auto Europe. Since 8 months however you can not log in anymore with your saved details on the Dutch website. On the .com website it is still active, you see above on the site "login". On the Dutch version the "login" is completely gone. Already indicated this for 8 months several times, regretfully no one at the reservation department is interested in giving this info to the IT department.
And now everytime you have to fill out all your details with each booking If you rent on a regular basis it is not very tempting to rebook.. Very strange that this happened, more strange that nobody is interested in solving this issue.

no communication, no delivery

called two times. first time change my booking from morning to the evening. still no confirmation. second time directly tell me you should go to supplier, not via them, then cancelled my booking.
What's the idea if i should always go to Supplier? why should I use autoeurope as the agent if they can't delivery the car?

Thank you for your feedback.

When a client wants to change a booking within 48 hrs before picking up the car, we recommend our clients to directly contact the supplier because it is time sensitive. In addition to that the car you requested had to be confirmed by the local supplier. Auto Europe is a car broker, and we do not have our own cars.

Great Service

Great service! When my flight was canceled they called me to make sure there was a car waiting for me when I arrived after booking another flight. I didn't need to pay extra and I got a bigger car than I orderd.
Very easy to book.
