I have been a customer for many years …

I have been a customer for many years and (almost) always rent via autoeurope. Why? Good prices,good service,good website.
Only complaint is that its apparently not possible to retain my basic info on file requiring repeating every time I rent

I rent a car in amsterdam in august …

I rent a car in amsterdam in august with special no own risk insurance. After accident 900 eur was charged to my credit card. 3 months later no news on refund. Only auto response to my emails.

Onze klantenservice is er nog mee bezig. Helaas wachten deze nog op informatie van de verhuurder omdat er een derde partij bij was betrokken. Ik hoop dat het snel wordt opgelost.

before i reserved the car in the hague …

before i reserved the car in the hague center, i got confirmation for booking via telephone call specially for 7 oçlock in the morning.because I had doubt for that time. i and after severvation online... imidately i received the call from germany that it is not possible for that time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Confusing/painful user experience

First, it would be great if I could register/sign in somehow so that my preferences/driver information would be saved and not have to be constantly re-entered.

Second, the inability to quickly see mileage limitations is unacceptable. The icon is the same for both limited and unlimited, and on limited-mileage rentals the calculations for distance are left to the customer, even though they'd easily be done in the system (300km per day if 1-6 days, 150 per day if 7-14 days, etc. would be much easier as "1050 km per requested rental period").

Lastly, the filters struggle to work correctly, meaning that sometimes full>full or full>empty doesn't register and the listings remain the same. All in all, a fairly painful experience that requires much more effort on the customer's part than it should!

All in all, the user experience is appalling. Next time I will definitely be using Rentalcars.com instead.

Your remark about the filter: We have checked this for different locations and dates but the filter works like it should. We could not find any issues.
