Dishonest and Profane
The number they provided did not work. Asked a refund and the customer service rejected my request and used profanity in their response back me.
I posted that message here and it was removed - because it contained profanity. Autofications still responded before it was taken down and asked me to contact their support, which I did. It's been ~10 days now with no response from them.
Posting the experience in full now here. Would steer clear of this shady service.
