Ordered a part for my mini 31st March, simply a JCW replacement badge for the boot.
The website started that delivery would be with in 3-5 days.
On day 5 I still hadn’t received anything, so I got in touch on the 7th April.
The reply that I received was that they needed my VIN number, and then it would be sent.
It took ME, to get in touch days later, to be told this information! So probably 10-15 days until order is received, your website needs a to be accurate to reflect this!
The rep ‘Arsen’ was very condescending and rude.

This useless company started to spam me after I bought tyres on blackcircles. Never bought anything from them. They don’t have an unsubscribe link in their email and responding “unsubscribe” does not work. STOP SPAMING people with your useless emails!!!!!

Everything was very clear and easy to use on their website. I purchased a scuttle pad for my Renault Scenic. Thought about buying second had elsewhere, but I wanted to pay for a new part, and went through Autofixa. The part arrived fairly quickly (3 days) and it has been fitted by my local garage without any issues.

I had been struggling with a rear fuse box cover on my Discovery Sport and the local authorised dealer was being awkward as I wanted to fit it myself(1 minute job) and the diagrams were difficult to identify whether it was the correct part and if it turned out to be wrong they would not give a refund
Autofixa went out of their way to identify the correct part and offered a full refund if it did not fit.
They kept me fully informed and the part was received very promptly.

I don't normally write reviews but Stan deserves a mention. Very friendly, quick to respond to chat/email and helped me find the right part. I wouldn't hesitate to shop at Autofixa again.

If not for Stan on the chat who helped me find the parts, then Tanya on the email who confirmed stock, I wouldn't have placed my order. Well done guys, I know where to go to if I ever need parts. Credit to the business

Service ok, not happy that you don't ship outside UK. You have the only available part in Europe.
