I ordered a set of window shades for my vehicle. The primary shade for my back window is nowhere near the correct size it needs to be, way too small. The side window shades work but are NOT the proper size either. I contacted them via email immediately but have yet to heard back from them. I reached out a second time but same response, none!!

They delivered the wrong item then they don’t communicate back to offer replacement or refund.
I ordered side window shades for my truck. I waited a month for them and what i got didn't fit the windows. I contacted them with a photo of the problem and asked for a refund. They offered a 20 percent refund without offering to send the correct shades. I've since read online about others being scammed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
