My first private lease.
This being my first private lease, I was a leasing novice. Malcolm Jones from Autographcontracts was clear, concise and always had time to answer all my questions. So with respect to support, I had no complaints and was very happy with the way I was treated.
The car I got was the VW CC GT which I thoroughly enjoyed.
So all in all, a very good experience.

Orient Express Treatment...
I have been dealing with Martin at Autograph Contracts for Ten years now and gone through 6 vehicles in that time through him. For each of those 6 times I have relied on Martin's knowledge, experience and advice and I have not regretted. A thorough gentleman.
Everything about the company is 1st class, phones are answered all the time by a person. Calls are returned same day often within the hour and the processing of contract documents is done with stress-free ease.
Martin is and continues to be the first person I call for all my personal and company car needs and he will be for the foreseeable future.
I like this company and I like doing business with them.

it was my first time to lease a vehicle and i was recommended to Autograph contracts. Never have i been so pleased with customer service and advice. I was given neutral advice on which deals were good and then my advisor Martin went out of his way to find me a suitable vehicle inside the timescales I needed it.
Even the after sales support has been great!
Highly recommended and many of my family and friends have now shared the great experince with me.

Cars that are really in stock
We have used Autograph Contracts for a couple of our cars and have found them to be very helpful and competitive.
More importantly, when they say the car is in stock it is with you in a matter of days and not weeks like some other brokers.

Many years of happy service.
I have been buying and/or leasing cars from Autograph for many years, may be as many as 10 vehicles in total. I can say many good things about their service, attention to detail, amazing prices, etc, etc etc. However, the main thing to take note of, I am still coming back to them - my next car will be through them.
If I had to sum it up in a cheesy snappy little phrase it would be, "The prices got me there, and the service kept me".
