If I could I’ll leave no star at all! I booked this company to fix scuffs on my car , I send pictures they gave me quote , I was happy with it so no problem in this department. They came to my work place fixed the scuffs , but I was busy at work so couldn’t examine the work properly, I paid , then when I got home and looked at my car properly they only fixed one part of my car , but left the rest . When I contact them and asked why only half work been done , they told me that it’s only been quoted for half work not the all job and some people happy when only half worked done , and if I want all work done I need to pay extra (but why you didn’t tell me this from the beginning that it’s not for all scuffs and only for some !)!! It’s crazy why would I want just some scuffs fixed and leave the rest .. anyway when I start complaining they told me I’ve done this damage after I send this pictures which is ridiculous why would I do that ! I left it as it is I have a lots going on in my life at the moment anyway so the last thing I want is to fight over car scuffs and this guys took total advantage of me as women who not going to fight with them !

We are very sorry to learn of your review and that you are unhappy with the work that was completed.
It seems you are not unhappy with the quality of the work, but actually that you expected us to repair another area of the car which was not mentioned to us, and photos of the other area not provided to us so we would have had no knowledge that you had extra areas needing repair.
Our original quotation was for the wheel arch only, which was made clear in our email, and we did not quote for any other areas. Our job is to repair exactly what is in the customers photos and what is requested by a customer, and although you have damage on another panel, this was not in your original photo sent to us, so it was not quoted and therefore not included in our repair.
Not every customer wants all the damage repaired on their vehicle, many customers specifically want just the area in the photo, and we were not aware you had other areas you wanted repaired.
When we submitted our quotation to you, we stated it was for the wheel arch, at this point you did not correct us but quite simply accepted our quotation for the wheel arch.
I’m sorry if you feel we made a mistake but please understand that we are working purely on customers photos and requests. We can of course return and repair any other areas you require, and we will provide a discount to you as a gesture of goodwill.
I would also like to make the point that we would never take advantage of any customer, whether they are male or female, and you should know that some of our paint repair technicians are women, and our company owner and company director is also a woman.
Many thanks and apologies for any inconvenience and misunderstanding.

Work carried out with no problems. Completely satisfied with the result.

Top-notch service and honours their guarantee
The day after I took delivery of my new car, someone on a pushbike collided with it while it was stationary. Thankfully, no one was hurt—but the bumper was left with some deep gashes. Expecting an expensive trip to a body shop, I started looking for alternatives and came across AutoKorrect.
I’ll admit, I was initially skeptical—both about the very reasonable quote and the quality of the work. But since the cost was less than my insurance excess, I decided to give them a try.
The initial repair was promising, but the final layer of paint didn’t settle quite right. True to their word, AutoKorrect stood by their guarantee and returned to correct the issue without any fuss. The end result? The damage is completely invisible—you’d never know there had been a repair.
Top-notch service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. In fact, they’re already scheduled to come back and sort out some dents and scratches on our other car. Great experience all around.
