Autoleap has been a great upgrade from the previous system I was using. The reminder text for appointments has definitely helped people make it to their appointment. The one thing I dislike is everything you click on opens a new window.

Jad was available for us every second day so we could review our progress and challenges. Seems obvious, but my experience tells me that it is your way of doing business and I acknowledge that it is a conscious effort. We felt we were accompanied. All questions were answered. Not all to our satisfaction, in that the program has its limitations. Jad understood what we were looking for and offered solutions. He made himself available outside of the planned appointments for quick follow ups.
