Selling my car couldn’t be easier. The professionalism of the customer service could not have been better. I was extremely impressed with the entire process from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants to sell their car.

It was a no nonsense deal and they are true to their word. I can’t say enough about it.

I am only giving this review one star because it is required. I have been back and forth with this company for weeks and given incorrect information every time I called. Wrong paperwork. Told them my husband was deceased, no one “communicated” the information to the department. Had to resign paperwork. Sent the title and was told not to sign it because that was what the power of attorney was for…. They sent the title back because I was given the wrong information. I was told I didn’t need to have the title changed to my name since I was the surviving spouse, on the day pick up came the check was still in my husbands name not mine so I refused it. I was told they had to do so because of the title (which I would have had transferred into my name if I would have been given correct information on day one). After speaking with someone I then agreed to accept the check to the estate, that was a Friday and they said someone would contact me to get the car. I called Tuesday to find out why no one called, got the same song and dance. Called back today, Wednesday, was told my check was still sitting in the office and that was why no one was calling me back to schedule the pick up. I asked for my title back, I hope no one has to go through what I did after losing their spouse and having a company put them through such hassle when they are already going through too much.

Terrible auto buying experience. Gives you the corporate runaround to chase paperwork that you really don’t need. Very difficult to handle. There are much easier companies. I ended up using Carvana, which was much more pleasant to deal with.

After entering all the data about our vehicle, the site generated an offer of 7700. Then it went to an option to chat if I wanted to talk about other added features that may affect price. I told the guy the additions that were added: a tow package, bed liner, and a lockable topper. He put me on hold to discuss the add-ons with his pricing team. He came back with a $4000 offer. How did it get reduced by almost half just from telling them of the additional vehicle features? He said they don't add value. Well they certainly cost to add them! And they certainly don't devalue a vehicle by half! I made it clear I felt they were unethical with this tactic. It seems like a bait and switch! I told them I wanted no further texts, emails or phone calls from them and within minutes I got another text. So I reported them as spam and will definitely report them further if I ever hear from them again. I don't know how they got their 4star rating. I also found out from other research our vehicle sells for between 10k up to 13k with the mileage it has and the good condition it's in.

This company, you can trust. Smooth transaction, paid agreed price, even tow driver was a nice fellow. A+

They tried to get me to mail them my Title before paying me. What idiot would do that? And they don't offer more than anyone else. CAR MAX offered me more than these scammers, and without the problems. Took my truck to car max and left with a check in a little over an hour.

$4900 given online and when spoke to a rep it decreased dramatically to $3600. wasn’t surprised after reading the reviews about them. Beware of their Shady and dishonest business practices.

Made type all the questions and I responded. The price was acceptable but then when I spoke to a representative the price decreased dramatically. Don't deal with this company it's already stressful for me.

The must clear and transparent process ever. No last minute surprises etc. highly recommend this way to sell your car. Everything done in less than 5 days. Also great staff customer service as well as the pick up driver.

Horrible experience they are a scam be careful

This company was very professional and very fast. I received my check in no time. They far outbid the competitors. Excellent service. I would definitely use them again.

Entire experience was incredibly easy and pain free. I never had to go for an appraisal or deal with a car dealership. I never even had to leave my house. I was easily given the best price for my car. Would definitely do business again and highly recommend.

We sold our 2019 buick cascada this week with ALGO. After being somewhat leary of signing power of attorney before getting our check I must say this was a flawless experience. Our car was picked up, check in hand and the funds were available the next day. We got top $ for our car based on 4 estimates by other companies. If you are considering selling your car outright,we highly recommend this company. We are in our late 60's and they were patient throughout the process.

Algo was so easy to deal with. We had a leased vehicle that I had co signed with my grandson. He no longer uses the vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances, so we felt it was time to get rid of it. It was a 2019 Rav 4 in good condition.
Algo made it so easy to sell the Rav 4 to them and we got a very good price. Higher then the dealership offered us, higher then Carvana and Carmax.
Everyone we dealt with was courtesy, professional and helpful. Too good to be true BUT it is!!!!

Fast, easy and a much better price that Kelley Blue Book or Carvana.

Very easy process and no issues with original offer and final payment. Customer service was great and pick up of car went off without a hitch.

If I could give them 0 I would. Horrible company doing shady business. Now I’m afraid they have all my information. Was offered one price than after signing the paper work was then called with a $2000 dollar decrease in their offer. I wasn’t surprised after reading the reviews about them. Shady practices used. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
