Started the process Saturday. By Monday I had a good offer. Signed the paperwork had the car picked up and received a check upon pick up. Kudos to Casey, Nick and the entire team in Princeton. Also Kevin from the Transportation company was excellent.

Algo is great! They pay excellent prices and the process is incredibly fast and easy. You get a quote almost immediately after putting in a very small amount of information on-line. You then need to take some quick pictures and upload them. Eazy, peazy! Plus their customer service is fantastic in answer any and all questions. This is the 2nd time I have sold my car coming off lease and get a much, much better price than the dealer will pay.

I’ve used Algo once for selling a car and all went ok. The second vehicle I tried to sell with them they changed price drastically last minute causing the deal to be ended and pushing things back for me. Be upfront and don’t change up 5 days later!

Easy process to sell your vehicle. Very responsive to questions. Some delay in picking up my vehicle due to weather issues. Second vehicle I sold to Algo.

This is my second time selling with algo and it was a seamless process.

I never heard of Algo so I was skeptical. They came today and picked up my car and gave me a check for the amount that they told me. They gave me a very fair price for my car. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Signed up and got the online course. It seems outdated but easy to understand . Attended a live class but most of the live class was spent on upselling and a waste of time. The profit hunter is free for 2 months, I wanted to make sure I was not charged so I asked them to cancel it. They said I still had a free month to go but they canceled it and I lost the free month. Not sure why they would not wait to cancel after the free month but before the charge date. Not great but not awful either. Wish I would not of joined though.

offered me $10000 in my original offer, then changed it to $4500, complete scam and waste of my time

From start to finish (and it was fast and it was efficient!) everyone I dealt with was super nice and on-top of their game. Honestly, I had a few minutes of "Is this a scam? This is too easy." But it wasn't. It was painless and professional. They really have their Stuff together!

staff was courteous, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any issues. Very organized and transaction was quick, easy and without a problem. Pleasure to work with such a professional organization.

Honestly, they have been the best company to sell my car to! I tried Carmax, carvanna, and a couple Kia dealers. Those places either didn’t want to work with me on the offers/appraisals, or were very rude and unprofessional. I high recommend ALGO as they made this whole experience very quick, easy and pleasant!

This is the second time using ALGO received fair offer (same as CarMax & a few others) but they picked my car up no hauling or hassle. Start to finish few days - recommended.

I started looking entering my car's info to see what it was worth. Algo started contacting me ready to give an offer. As we communicated, the offer kept getting lower as I told them the issues with my 2014 Pathfinder (totally understandable). I made it clear the car has been off road, no plates, and needed to be jumped started and towed due to an expensive brake issue we didn't want to put $$ into. Long story short, they wouldn't let a few hours go by without reaching out to me, bugging me about the car, paperwork, etc. I had to upload pics, go through the whole process, etc. Did all the paperwork, sent them title, paperwork and signed contract. Once the person called to schedule pickup, I told her the same thing, as I was surprised it wasn't in the system that my car had to be jumped and towed. A few hours later, after all that, they called to cancel the deal because they weren't aware it was 'inoperable.' Um, YES, I talked to two people at this company, explaining everything that was wrong and they said it was fine, just brought the offer down. Unbelievable. A huge waste of time. Now I have to wait for them to sent my title back.

Great service

Everything was going smooth until I scheduled my car to be picked up. The transporter arrived at 6pm and I was unable to bring the check to my bank. The next day I presented the check to my bank (Chase) where I was advised I could only deposit it and not cash the check. Furthermore, I was advised I had to wait a few days for the check to clear. Amazing.

Horrible experience. You’re honest with them and tell them about the cars condition, they take your title, waste weeks of your time and then tell you they’re not taking the car after already signing an agreement. TERRIBLE.
