Roof bars didnt fit & they expected me to pay return postage!

I bought roof bars for my Qubo. After sending measurements they assured me they would fit, so I purchased. They however didn't, and after numerous photos & reporting back on email after trying different things they suggested, they would still not fit! The bar was too short. They would not pay the return postage even though they sold me something that was not right for my vehicle. Im fuming still, especially as they became extremely poor communicators when I wanted to return.

Where is your customer service

So far not good placed order yesterday payed via PayPal just incase and no confirmation email no communication what so ever meant to be dispatched next day and so far has not even been processed yet not happy
