Neighbour doesn't no the size of her car.
What a good experience. From start to finish. All taken care of by Auto Logistics. They contacted me minutes after I put my claim in. My car was picked up on the Monday my hire car was dropped of to me ASAP. I picked my car up on Friday, it was all taken care of in two weeks. My car looks perfect again. I would recommend Auto Logistics and MT'S auto body repair Garage. Loanhead Edinburgh Scotland.

Slow with zero communication.
Communication non existent, zero empathy whatsoever, actually made my whole serious crash situation ten times more difficult to handle . My anxiety and nerves have gone worse , should put these down as part of my injury claim amd I honestly feel so down .

Organised through our chosen body shop. ALS delivered a hire car the following morning of the accident. Thereafter a suitable car was delivered that matched the type in the accident. Offered details of accident and other driver up to ALS. Thereafter all sorted out without any delay. Work to high standards and I did not have to do any chasing. ALS were a bit like a fire and forget missile. You fire, they sort out your hire car, repair, third parties insurers , your own insurance if need be and liaise with the body shop. Many Thanks Moira.

Resolving third parties insurance lack of urgency
After getting messed about by the third parties insurance for over 4 weeks even to get it assessed. I contacted Auto logistics and within days I had a replacement vehicle and my vehicle was assessed and booked in for repair. I am so pleased throughout my whole experience with Auto logistics brilliant communication friendly staff who go the extra mile. Excellent service
Steve was polite and always kept me up to date about the repairs to my car. He also made sure a had a replacement car for work. Generally a great overall experience. They also gave my car a good clean too, which was an amazing job. Absolutely brilliant.
