I had a bill I did not know…
I had a bill I did not know about-someone ordered something for the place I work. After I found out, I sent a check right away- it’s been almost 4 weeks since it was sent and they still “don’t have it.” About a week ago I tried to order something for the stuff. Said they still don’t have payment so I can’t have them bill me. OK- so can I do a check by phone- they say yes, but end up not accepting because our company check’s account number isn’t long enough. So I decide to charge to a card/ they take down all that info and I find out today they cancelled the order cause they still don’t have the check-because I sent it to them, but they have another place to send bills but never informed me once. It has been what seems like a long drawn out battle with not one bit of customer service! Don’t order from them!!
