I had a bill I did not know about-someone ordered something for the place I work. After I found out, I sent a check right away- it’s been almost 4 weeks since it was sent and they still “don’t have it.” About a week ago I tried to order something for the stuff. Said they still don’t have payment so I can’t have them bill me. OK- so can I do a check by phone- they say yes, but end up not accepting because our company check’s account number isn’t long enough. So I decide to charge to a card/ they take down all that info and I find out today they cancelled the order cause they still don’t have the check-because I sent it to them, but they have another place to send bills but never informed me once. It has been what seems like a long drawn out battle with not one bit of customer service! Don’t order from them!!

Not only does this company charge outrageous shipping fees as mentioned in other reviews, but NOW they add a "12% Tariff Surcharge" to the cost of the item! In other words, they ADVERTIZE a lower price than their competitors, but when you add up their fees and surcharges, the FINAL price is the same or HIGHER than their competitors. BEWARE!

This company charges outrageous shipping plus an extra freight charge! Then ANYTHING that is on sale you cannot return or exchange! I called to ask for help with sizing and got a lady that was NO help and when product arrived it is HUGE! I am out of luck and NEVER doing business with these people-I even asked about returning and the lady on the phone told me NOTHING about sale items being unreturnable-HORRIBLE company!

I ordered product from them based on a referral.

I never received my product and when I contacted them by phone I was routed to a rude call center that couldn't help locate my order.

Then I contacted by email and when I finally received a response, I was told to contact the carrier myself because apparently they don't care about showing any customer service, taking ownership for lost items, or trying to win back my business.

But, as several previous customers have indicated, they blast you with newsletters and promotions even though I have unsubscribed.
Bottom line, I had to open a dispute with my credit card company.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE!

I ordered a granite grotto from them in July and I finally received it in September only it wasn't granite it was a cheap, hollow, molded plastic grotto worth about $30 not the $200 I paid for it and when I called to return it I was told they had to get the vender's address so they don't even take care of returns or refunds. Before you buy anything from them make sure it's what you want and not a plastic fake.
