Terrible company. Had a new key and fob, cost me £150. Within a month the fob stopped working. When I got in contact to enquire about fob the Owner lied to me on the phone and said it wasn’t them who replaced fob. When I had proof he said he would replace then messed me about with date then refused to answer my calls or messsges. I couldn’t afford to replace fob and this should be Under a Year warranty. I have since been blocked. Due to poor quality of fob and not working. I am now out of pocket and would not recommend.

Highly recommend this company. They responded to an emergency VW Touran remote and key replacement over a weekend. Really professional and great after sales service. Will definitely use them again.

My key had completely given up, main dealer wanted more money and had a two week wait time, Pat was there within the hour and sorted same day at a cheaper price, would 100% recommend.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Pat was amazing with my elderly Dad when he had lost his car key. He had issues sorting the key, but didn't give up and kept me updated as I was unable to be there.

Pat was fantastic the last few days. Such a problem key on my Vito for them to sort out but they managed it against all the odds. Thank you so much. Will spread the word of your great service for sure. 11/10.

Phoned on a Sunday at 10am with a lost key problem. They had someone with me by 1pm who worked quickly and professionally to replace the key on my Honda Accord. All for a very competitive price.

I messaged through their web site this company twice about a replacement key and fob for my vauxhall estate and they did not respond
