Purchased a 2021 Lexus in Oct.2022 as…

Purchased a 2021 Lexus in Oct.2022 as of this date March 3 2023 and 3 temp tag renewals later I have not received a title and the current tag will expire shortly ( March 10th ) and they will no longer respond to me.

I have sent several emails as of this writing to the Dealership BMW Bel Air of MD and Autonation Title Dept. and have not had any response.

DON'T BUY FROM AUTONATION! Horrible customer service. Didn't take care of me at all after days of waiting trying to get answers to the deal they alleged they made only to turn around and sell the car right out from under me and refusing to give me a written breakdown of the deal because they were hiding some kind of maintenance pkg within the monthly payments which is why none of the numbers they were telling me maid sense. By the time i caught on they sold the car. unacceptable customer service and didn't care at all about me as a customer

I had a great experience buying my new BMW X1

Hi this is from Arlene Parkin. I had a great experience buying my new 2023 X1 BMW at Delray BMW, AutoNation. My sales person came highly recommended, Mark Hull. He took his time understanding what I wanted, was very professional and he had one perfect car for me. This was the only X1, 2023 that was in inventory, and matched what I exactly wanted. It was a special order, that was supposed to go to someone else, but they didn’t end up taking it. These are not easy times to special order a brand new luxury car overseas. It can take months, so I was thrilled that Mark knew that it was in immediate inventory!!

I bought a van

I bought a van, I had questions about the Van and wanted help with the DVD player and questions on a second I knew was supposed to be with it and they said they would help me and never did. Too busy wanting to make sale.

Auto don’t trust instant offernation Nissan I’m Memphis sent me…

Auto nation Nissan In Memphis sent me an offer for my 2017 z06 corvette 13,500 miles on it. Extra clean with two tops The persons inspect the car said it was perfect. They wrote me a check for more than 500 dollars less. I had driven over a 100 miles with the guaranteed offer on my cell phone. Bottom line they lied and don’t trust the instant offer In my case very disappointed in them. I have a screen shot of their so-called instant offer.

Good Car Buying Experience (Yes Apparently That Can Be a Thing)

We recently purchased a new car from AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe in Centennial, Colorado.

This was by far one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we've had. Our sales rep Mike M was very knowledgeable of features etc and gave honest answers instead of fishing around for what we wanted to hear. The whole team (Mike, Dylan, Tawseef to name several) was respectful of our time and our timeline. We've had great follow-up ensuring our satisfaction all the way up to the sales manager Mike and GM Matt.

We're pleased with the car and haven't had any feelings of buyer's remorse or finding out something wasn't as "promised". It's the one time I've felt like I could honestly refer a car dealership to a friend without hesitation.

Would of been nice to buy fully charged

We just bought a Nissan leaf awesome car.
It would of been nice to of had the inside clean on a new car.
But our biggest complain is it would of really been nice to have bought it with a full charge because it was only charged half way we had a miserable trip home so not happy with our experience.

We went to buy our third car from them on 8th st in Miami the salesman said a lot of promises and we close the deal the manager came Dan said whatever the salesman said it’s not included like tinted windows or the lock on the wheels but we said ok because we been there like 3 hours and then the financial guy came and try to get more money from us this location the team is all lier stuff be careful guys go shop around

It was a wonderful experience with the Service....this was handled by Ms. Celine who is good at helping the customer....Nice...she was able to get the Lyft- person who took first time was amazing....they checked everything they put the Viper....anyhow they had to get from another store-otherwise all were in time...Courteous, Professional. Other Great helpful person is Mr. Harvey-he always wants to travel extra mil....Few people worth mentioning are Mr. Brian brother and Mr. Austin brother who picked the call on 12/3/2022 Please ensure management reviews and puts a nice note for them.
Experience again on 12/29 and 12/30/2022

I would give them a 0 stars if I could

I would give them a 0 stars if I could. Bought a car nearly 4 months ago. I still do not have the title for this car and I have found a major defect that they concealed.
This dealer is in San Antonio sold me a car with a defective title and have been stalling me for nearly 4 months. They did not have clear title when they sold me the car and to this day still cannot transfer the title to me because they have never legally owned the car.
I have opened investigations with BBB, Texas DMV, and other agencies. No management person has ever taken the opportunity to discuss this on the phone.
They keep insisting that the tile has been issued despite their own written communications to me to the contrary.
I believe this is called 'car kiting' and I now have a car that I do not legally own, nor can I register with my DMV.
Absolutely nothing in the way of customer service. Stay very clear of this franchise - what they do in one store they will do in all stores. Caveat Emptor.

do not buy a used car from this dealership

I went into the dealership to hopefully purchase the white Altima. I was advised it was not ready to be shown. So he brought the impala and I advised the salesman that I needed a car that day. He stated the inspection had to be done and it should not take more than a day. I called the next day and she stated it was not ready and I Emphasized again that I needed a car because I travel for work. The salesman talked with a manager to see if I could get a loaner. The loaner was approved and when I picked it up I was advised it had been sitting, the battery was just charged. I completed my visits with the car running and went to Walmart cut the car off and it would not start. The salesman came to give a jump. I was given another loaner that was fine. It was time to sign paperwork I asked was my car ready. He stated no at that time. But when I got there the salesman advised I would be able to take my car but the 2 sensors had not arrived and I would have to bring car in. Until this day, I still do not have that repaired and I advised the salesman the oil was not changed, if it was I would not be at 4%. Since I was not given an answer about the oil change I had to pay for a oil change that was said to have been done on the inspection. I am still waiting to hear back from the salesman on the approval of a loaner from the manager. He stated that last Friday. I spoke with salesman yesterday 10/17 and it was the same thing. I am assuming my parts are there but now waiting on a loaner. I am behind frustrated...here it is 11/29 and was advised by Tony(sales Manager) on 10/27 he was expecting cars back. I went and no loaner, Tony then states come back in two weeks. on 11/10 I text Tony to see if my loaner was ready. Tony responded "no I don't have any loaners again after been told by him to bring my car back in two week. Then Tony states "I was doing the loaner as a courtesy. as of right now i dont have any loaners." So he states he did not know what was wrong with my car. After i had already advised him and he seen the inspection of repairs needed that was not done on 10/27 when i was at the dealership. When I went up there on 11/12 to see how long it will take to fix my car, he stated give them a week. I advised how am i to work without a loaner. i advised him that a rental car was high due to thanksgiving and why should i have to rent when you promised a loaner. i walked out on fire. i have still not heard from Tony and i was only given a tag for 2022 and my birthday is 12/14 and i have to get my tag renewed before or on my birthday. Jordan my sale person got his sale and has done nothing after. I should have never signed the paperwork until the car was fix.

Auto Nation Volkswagen of Columbus, GA

I purchased a 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan October 27, 2021, from Auto Nation Columbus, GA
We don’t travel much so the milage is low (6500) Just spoke with the service manager to schedule my first oil change and service. Could not believe it …. The first opening for service is the 10th of November…..
8 days away just for a simple oil change would hate to think how long it would be to get major service work done!
We also have a GMC Terrain and have never had to wait over a day to get service on it from Rivertown GMC Buick.
Guess I should have stuck with General Motors

8:30 appointment for oil change 12:30 still not finish they should have a contract with Jiffy Lube and take their car to service least they can do it in a half hour I have never had an oil change at AutoNation that didn't ever take more than 3 hours what is it more salesman than workers

Wrong place to buy a car

I bought a 2013 Buick LaCrosse in July and the seat has had electrical issues ever since, the air works when it wants to but they want me to pay for it. I have had nothing but problems with them since going to purchase a car from them. This is a very horrible place to buy a car I wouldn’t recommend anyone to them.

There’s so many problems wrong with my…

There’s so many problems wrong with my sales transaction purchasing a Ford edge. I will drive SEL that was a used car from AutoNation Ford of Panama City Florida. From the Carffax, the ongoing maintenance problems, recalls they didn’t do and kept the funds paid to them from Ford to repair the break boosters- The lies, threatening me, lost tag, upper the price $4000. Horrible service harrassing ME to change my oil and rotate my tires (do I purchased on my own because I was tired of arguing with them) they didn’t even rotate the tires correctly, and or didn’t change the oil at all, and she literally told me CRUDELY and ignorantly my car didn’t require a three month or 3000 mile oil change. I asked her if there was some thing exceptional about it, and she just wanted to continue arguing and being cruel to me. Apparently they must get some kind of kickback for having the car even on their lot didn’t even claim that they were doing some things to it such as service. AutoNation needs to be shut down. They sell so many deadly cars, and screwed up. Cars is what they look for. They look for cars that do have a recalls, my odometer has been messed with. I’ve had to have my transmission rebuilt. I could go on and on. It’s a nightmare and the worst car in the worst time during a category, five hurricane, and even my health, they had absolutely no empathy. Very unprofessional. Very un-Godly. Straight up theives and so many trying to stop them. LOST ALL RESPECT FOR SUSAN B KOHMEN Association who I believe is equally immoral and deceptive.
