Untrustworthy.
Ordered on a tuesday, the website advertises 24/48h shipping but in smallprint "3-4days". Two days after I inquire about the shipment and they immediatly send me a tracking that in the next two days would never be updated. Friday I cancelled the order but monday they replied that the part was shipped on wednesday and they just sent me another tracking code that doesn't work. In the meanwhile I bought somewhere else.
Ragarding the answer: You advertise your company as German while your shipments come from poland. There's not an ounce of transparency in your business. "international" shipments do NOT take this long from germany.
Update: after a month I still have not been refunded.
