Poor paint work had to be redone 3 times missing paint shocking don’t use amateur Job the company lot also lie

I am going to be honest it wasn’t the best experience in 90% of it, however, the work they did on the repair was excellent and they even gave me a new registration plate. The negatives were they don’t order the part until you leave your car with them, so my car was just sat there for ages waiting for the part, then the part was damaged. I was told 7-10days and it took 4 weeks. They didn’t bother to contact me at all, first time I contacted them the bumper was damaged and they ordered another one- the guy on the phone basically said ‘what was I worried about as it was on my insurance.’ When I called again I was told a different thing. Towards the end they must have thought I was a complete cow but I was totally fed up by it. Then they told me it was ready to pick up, but I had to wait 30 minutes for a wash and polish. I was angry at this point and just wanted to leave. Once I got home, I looked at the work they had done which was really, really good. But if you asked me would I go back, then the answer would be no. If the communication had been better, the experience would have been better.

My car needed some TLC and wow does she look beautiful? The workmanship these guys have is top class always a fantastic job and a reasonable price. I wouldn't take my cat anywhere else, plus all the staff are lovely and thank you to Kia always helpful and pleasant, I can't tell you how grateful I am thank you all Tracey J Wright, the one with the blue Aygo 💙 😀 😊

Had a leak in the wheel which needed immediate repair and called round numerous auto repair centres and Auto Prep were the only company to help! They solved the problem in less than an hour in an efficient and friendly manner and got me back on the road. Very happy customer.

I recently had my vehicle booked in with Rick and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Less than 3 days and the vehicle was repaired to brand new and ready to pick up. Rick also went out of his way to arrange a hire car as one wasn’t provided via my insurance. Additionally, the lady’s on reception were an absolute joy and so welcoming. The communication from start to finish was top tier. I would highly recommend Rick and his team.

I could not thank Autoprep Repair enough. The service I got was spectacular from start to finish. They overcome every hurdle they were up against with my car. Wonderful office staff, friendly and welcoming. After spending 10 minutes in there office with the staff, I did not realise how much pressure they are under for us customers. Couldn't thank them enough. I did give them all a small treat of bickies and cakes for my appreciation. Thankyou again for looking after my Brenda and me.

Quite bad damage the whole length of my A3.
Dropped car off, left it in their more than capable hands, picked up hire car there (no hassle that way) and let them get on with it.
Picked up car, loved their work, very happy. Whole team

Shocking customer service. Cancelled my claim because this company don’t want the business. Didn’t reply to messages, promised to assess the car and would not confirm a date. 5 weeks later I get an e-Mail asking me to send photos- they had them on day 1. Terrible service. Do not use even if your insurance company recommend them.
You acknowledged receipt of the images so your reply below is not true. You claim to do great repairs but only after a customer is prepared to wait and be without transport for 5 weeks. Once again - shoddy!

I cannot praise this company enough either. Mu car was damaged by Council abrriers during the high winds they had moved and scraped the side of my car badly. The council wouldn't even consider a claim until an invoice was produced not even a quote. This company fixed the paint work scarpe and dent really well and in a short space of time. Not the cheapest of quotes but £700 cheaper than the garage that the insurance company wanted me to use. Just waiting for the NDD council to act there act together and refund the repair costs. Good job guys

I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and quality of service from Auto Prep, start to finish.

I got in touch after my car was written off by my insurance company following an accident. Auto Prep immediately went to go and see the car to give an honest and realistic second opinion on the damage. They advised me how I could keep the repairs affordable and within budget, even advising on second hand parts that I had found online. Had it not been them going above and beyond in this way, my car would have been scrapped.

I was kept informed throughout the repair process and the work was carried out quickly and to a very high standard.

If you need car body repairs, minor or more severe, I would highly recommend Auto Prep!
