AutoPrintEmail automatically prints your incoming emails and their attachments to a local printer the moment they arrive. Connect your Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP inbox, choose the senders, subjects, or attachment types that matter, and the right documents come out of your printer without anyone lifting a finger. It was built for businesses that still run on paper: pharmacies printing prescriptions and orders, retailers and warehouses printing labels and packing slips, offices printing received faxes, and teams replacing aging HP ePrint setups that have been shut down. Privacy is the core of how it works. Your email content is processed locally on your own computer and sent straight to your own printer. The contents of your emails never pass through our servers, and your mailbox connection is encrypted and stored on your device, not in our cloud. There is a free trial, simple per-computer and team pricing, and a deep Shopify integration that auto-prints inventory transfer receipts and labels as stock arrives. Setup takes a few minutes, and our support team is small, fast, and genuinely hands-on. If a printed document should just appear, AutoPrintEmail makes it happen.

Highly recommend this service!

Exactly what we needed
