Do not use Auto Pro Logistics. They are scammers.
When I first contacted them, they quoted me $165 to transport my car from Dallas to Houston. They told me it was a fixed price with no hidden fees. However, when my pickup date came, the driver called and demanded $390 instead.
I asked them for a discount because this was not the price we agreed on, but they didn’t care. When I called the company, they simply canceled my contract.
I had already paid a $65 upfront deposit. They promised to refund it, but it’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received my money. They also stopped answering my phone calls and messages.
This was a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Be careful if you are thinking about using Auto Pro Logistics.

Be aware of this company! They lied to us about the price of our car transport the whole time. They told us at first we only had to pay $355, when they told us that it was going to be $1,400 we asked for a refund for our deposit. They refused, so we agreed to the $1,400 plus the $90 for the deposit. Once they picked up our car to be transported, they said we had to pay them $300 more and they threatened us with keeping our car, if we didn't pay them the extra money. All together, this transport was $1,790. They are scammers and they also told us we were going to receive a "gift card" because we showed them we only did end signing a contract for $1,400 and not $1,790 but we never received it. They are liars, don't believe anything they tell you.

I had a terrible experience with…
I had a terrible experience with Autopro Logistics Inc. (123 Berkeley Ave, Selden, NY 11784).
They picked up my vehicle from the IAA auction after we agreed on a transportation price of $1,350, and I have the invoice showing that agreed price. Once they had possession of my vehicle, they suddenly demanded $2,500 instead. I was told that if I did not pay the additional amount, they would leave my vehicle on the side of the highway.
I had no practical choice but to pay the increased amount to get my vehicle back.
In my opinion, this was completely unacceptable. A company should honor the price they agreed to, not change it after they already have your vehicle and put you in a position where you have no reasonable alternative.
If anyone would like to verify my experience, I am happy to provide a copy of the original invoice showing the agreed-upon price.
Please be very careful before doing business with this company. This was my experience, and I would not recommend them.

We were also made aware that there were four other broker companies actively working on your shipment at the same time, which created confusion for the driver regarding the load assignment and the market rate. Additionally, the driver had received offers from other shipments on the same route at approximately the higher amount, which further complicated the situation.
We understand that this experience did not meet your expectations, and we regret that the circumstances led to such an unpleasant outcome. While our team worked to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we recognize how frustrating this must have been from your perspective.

Eric was humble and consistent during my entire vehicle shipment process. He quoted me $375.00, and I paid the deposit of $75.00. On the day of pickup, he called me and provided me with the driver's details. The driver was a Spanish guy, hard to communicate with him, but I gave him my vehicle and received it at my home safely. I was contacted by Autopro Logistics…
I was contacted by Autopro Logistics Inc and given a quote for vehicle transport. We scheduled a pickup for Friday, June 12th between 12:00–4:00 PM. I paid a deposit to confirm the booking.
On the pickup day, they completely stopped answering my calls. When I finally reached someone, they gave me false information and then claimed the driver was in an accident. They then promised to pick up my car early Saturday morning — and again, no one showed up.
When I tried to follow up, instead of a resolution, they became aggressive and rude.
This company took my deposit, gave me excuse after excuse, wasted two days of my time, and delivered absolutely nothing. This is not a legitimate business it is a scam operation. Do NOT give them a deposit. Do NOT trust their quotes or their schedules.

I was looking to ship multiple vehicles…
I was looking to ship multiple vehicles and put my information on a website. In less than 2 minutes, I was inundated with phones calls and text messages. I happen to pick up a call and it was Blake from Autopro Logistics. Blake was personable, patient, and gave his DOT# and MC# for verification. He offered me a quote which was very reasonable for my price range and date. Unfortunately, the driver (negotiated rate) was not in agreement to the quote and Blake was very patient in explaining the process and the holiday demands in shipping. Although I was not able to ship with Autopro, Blake's customer service and personal touch was second to none. He ALWAYS answered the phone and was excellent in his communication whether on the phone, email, or through text! If you work with Autopro Logistics, hopefully you are able to work with Blake as well. I have the number saved in case I ever need a transport!

Your refund was already placed into process, and standard processing time is 24–48 business hours. However, we also noticed that the transaction was disputed, which can temporarily affect and delay the refund procedure through the payment processor.
Our representatives made several attempts to contact you to resolve the matter directly, but unfortunately we were unable to reach you. Additionally, due to the weekend, our billing department was unavailable at that time to immediately finalize the issue.
We genuinely value every customer and would still appreciate the opportunity to resolve this professionally. Please contact our management team directly so we can not only ensure the matter is fully resolved, but also discuss compensation for the inconvenience caused.
