Genuine Service Not a Scam
Excellent customer service. I was unsure at first and even more so after i had paid in full. I had a few querries about delivery and registration and the Customer care dept called me directly..their number was shown and not blocked. I didn`t answer at first and called back. It was genuine. The car arrived on time and exactly as described. I have saved approx 6000 euros on a new car from my local dealer..who`s servcie is absolutely terrible. Highly recommended.

Smooth Experience
I ordered my new car via Autoscout24 smyle in the beginning of may. The next morning I got a call from smyle to adjust some minor changes in the offer (basically the lights not being full LED, which I did not care much about). Overall, the phone call and all further interactions were super smooth and friendly. They tolöd me that my car will be delivered in approximately 6-7 weeks. Based on that, I was super surprised that I got a call for delivery only 2.5 weeks later. The car itself is in perfect condition, as described online. Therefore, I am super satisfied by the smooth process and friendly customer service. Would do it again!

Professional service, very satisfied
I've ordered the car on March 23rd and it was delivered after 4.5 weeks on April 24th.
The whole process went very smooth, no challenges, no issues.
The communication was clear and the process was transparent.
All personal from Smyle and sub-suppliers was very friendly and obliging.
Nothing to complain, the price is reasonable. A clear recommendation from my side.

Worst decision to choose Autoscout24.de
I ordered the vehicle on 01.02.2025, got the order confirmation on 03.02.2025.
Then the Story started , Team quickly asked me to send the required documents,i sent them.
After 2 weeks ,i received an email that my resident permit copy is missing hence the registration of the car is rejected my registration authority. I sent the document to them immediately and registration completed the next day.
No update for 2 weeks again, on 07.03.2025 ( 5 weeks over) i received a call that the number plates & the registration documents are missed by DHL & they need to re register the car again (Looks reason is not realistic, as i am receiving my Letters without fail).
Now today on 21.03.2025 (after 7 weeks)
no further update, the representative from AutoScout24 is also have no info.
I received a letter from Zollamt to pay my vehicle tax & also start paying my first instalment with Bank from 01.04.2025.
Worst part is the reprentative gives me an example he can not comment on the delivery and he can not predict the future and giving an example that , what if he dies the next day.
Disgusting conversation.

Only concern was, that between payment and delivery it was approximately 6 weeks. And you need to pay the full price in advance.

Very happy with my new car and the smyle service

The whole process is very transparent. The next steps were very clear all along the journey and the expectations were well set, so there were no surprises.
