I had two chips and a slight tiny crack in my windscreen so I decided to pop into Autoscreens in Aylesbury to see if they could give me some advice on whether the chips could be fixed or whether I would need a new windscreen.
Straight away someone came down to the car with me and brought a technician with him, both said they believed that they could be fixed and took my car straight away and within half an hour my car was complete.
What fantastic customer service, I didn’t expect the problem to be dealt with straight away and would have been happy to make an appointment but I felt I needed to leave a good review for how great the two gentlemen were who helped me out and how quickly and efficiently they got the job done. Thanks so much. Highly recommended.

(Aylesbury team)From the first call was fantastic!!! They managed to book me in the next day when I needed it too be done and the laughter and banter I had with the staff was brilliant. They made me feel at home and I watch the customers after me get the exact same treatment. My service too an hour which was brilliant. The only reason that I didn’t put 5 stars is because as soon as I got home I realised my car seat was not put back into the car and so I made the extra trip back. But all round I will recommending and I highly recommend your services !! Thank you

The Croydon site team was excellent. Communication was very efficient-I received the text with info the day before as advised. Very friendly service especially telling me how long it would take and when nearly done etc. All very good- I’d definitely recommend. Thank you!

I was blown away with the efficiency and kindness of Jake and Mike who came out to replace the windscreen in my work vehicle.
They were courteous kind and amazingly tidy not to mention how cheerful and polite they were.
You can quite clearly see they are happy in their jobs and enjoy what they do.
I cannot recommend this company enough and respect how I was always kept updated with any notifications
re timings etc.

The Aylesbury team are just brilliant. There was an issue that was completely out of their control and they handled it really well and stepped up. I would definitely recommend using Autoscreens, they are professional and have pride in their work. They have a great customer waiting room too, with WiFi, desks to work at if needed, refreshments and sofas, which were very helpful whilst I waited.

A large nearby competitor had replaced my windscreen a week before & cracked the new one on fitting it. I then discovered it was an aftermarket sub-standard brand. I offered to pay the difference to replace it with an OEM but they refused. Autoscreens Aylesbury to my rescue. Colin got back to me within 15 minutes of my initial enquiry having contacted Volvo to advise availability & it was fitted 48 hours later. My visit to their branch restored my faith that great customer service does still exist. Excellent waiting area - wifi, desks, pcs, coffee, water, tv & comfy chairs. Although the job took 2 hours, I would have been happy to stay another 2 as I was cracking through loads of work matters! Colin's team did a great job fitting the screen, camera calibrations & ADS. The heads up display is now no longer blurred as it was with the aftermarket screen. Overall a very positive experience.

Excellent service by the team replacing my windscreen. Was able to use their facilities to carry on working while the screen was replaced and bonding time with free Wi-Fi and refreshments so all very good.

Stuart was the technician sent to replace my windscreen and he did a great job. He replaced the windscreen with ease and left the area spotless from debris. He was very friendly and professional with his work. Also the glass used was of high quality, almost identical to my original windscreen.

Autoscreens can always be relied upon for a fast, reliable replacement. Have used them a few times and the last time was as good as the first.

Had 4 windscreens recently replaced by Autoscreens 2 Range Rovers a Tesla Model S and a Model 3. Just want to say what a professional job completed. From call to completion. Identifying the correct glass and fitting these in around very busy schedules. Nothing was too much and the fitting staff were smart friendly & polite. They made the whole experience very easy.
