Yet again fantastic service just got my third car from here . Sean the mechanic knows the cars inside out . Any issues I’ve had previously got fixed quickly as I always take there service package out which I would highly recommend as repairs at garage’s can be costly . Since buying my first vehicle off them I haven’t been to another dealership for a vehicle . I would highly recommend.
Purchased a car in January 25 had major issues .reported straight away . Car was £21,500,and was a Range Rover no luck with aftercare sales as it’s a so called family run business . There is basically no aftercare . It’s now April 25 and issues is not sorted . Daniel (Danny ) the owner is never around and no one answers the phone lines . Staffing is poor . My partner purchased a car from here and wish she hadn’t. Everything was great until the day we collected. On the 8th of February Drove over 100 miles to the garage. The garage found a faulty in her px. So instead of loosing out on a new car she decided to pay the garage for a new gearbox (£900). Finally after waiting 5 hours the car was ready to go. Drove 25 miles and the low oil light flashed up and the engine management light came on. Rang Danny and he ask if we could bring it straight back so we did but on the way the car started to loosing power and the low tyre monitor came on. Arrived back at the garage and after a short time we were told is was a sensor that hadn’t been fitted properly and then was asked to stop at a local tyre fitters to get the valve replaced so we did. Finally got home at 8:30 that night. The next morning started the car and low and behold the engine management light and the low tyre pressure light was on again. Could not contact the garage with being a Sunday. So Monday morning contacted Danny to tell him about the light and he offered to send a mechanic up or if we could take it to a local garage and he would. Took it to a garage and the tyre was unrepairable so had to have a new one at a cost of £100 and was told it’s best to take it to Ford as it had a turbo fault. I told Danny what they said and he said he would send the mechanic up to do the job. By Wednesday we had heard nothing from the garage so decided to bring the car over to my house (10 miles). We got 2 miles to home and the temperature gauge shot to the top and the car was overheating pulling over and opened the bonnet and the car had lost all its water out of the reservoir. Then Danny’s mechanic rang and I told him the bad news. Recovered it back to mine at a cost of £40. The car sat outside my house for 10 days undriveable. Finally after sending several messages on Saturday the 22nd the recovery truck turned up with my partners car on the back. Went to open the new car and low and behold the battery was flat. Opened the key fob and there was no key to open the car. The delivery driver had to smash a window to get in to jump start the car. Finally it was on the back off the truck. To date my partner hasn’t been reimbursed for the money (£900) she paid for a gearbox they didn’t get fitted or the tyre and recovery of the car the was sold to her unfit for purpose. Avoid if you can or be very very aware

I haven’t a clue why anyone would give any bad reviews as if you have any queries or issues Dan will sort it.

Messaged this morning to enquire about a car that was advertised on Ebay a m135i 22 plate seen the price thought wow that's a good price emailed the company and Merley asked is this car hpi clear the response was no cat n we are not giving them away thought that was very rude and no need for a intial response definitely need to learn how to communicate with people
I would not recommend you use this dealership.
Not unless you want to be in the situation I'm in , two months down the line of a trade in and they've not settled the old finance on the part exchange, be very wary
I bought a car from Danny 2 years ago now and have only just remembered to leave a review as I’ve started to look at cars again and went straight to his site. I couldn’t fault my experience. I live in Cornwall and Danny arranged for the car to be delivered. I was nervous about transferring a huge amount of money for a car I hadn’t even seen, to a person I hadn’t met - in fact as a former Bank Manager we advised people not to do that! I explained this to Danny and he was really helpful and understanding despite his policy. The car was exactly as described, he was easy to deal with, and I’d recommend that anyone use them.
Cannot recommend this dealer enough, after being let down by main dealers for a discovery sport, holding the car whilst I was on holiday, amazing communication & always answering questions no matter how many I had!
Will 100% use them again and recommend to all my friends/family, our new car is amazing and it’s everything I could have asked for!

Highly recommended, Danny couldn't be a more genuine guy. Bought a car around 7 months ago, not pushy at all, delivered to the door. Had a few niggles a couple of months down the line to which he dealt with straight away, he went over and above our expectations, after care is so important and not always given, Danny and his team seem to have this covered. Do not buy a car from this company!!!! They took £100 deposit then sold the car I’d paid the deposit for! Then they refused to refund my deposit. It’s been several months and still no deposit. Awful company ethics, terrible staff attitude to customers. Awful experience that has left me out of pocket by £100.
