Extremely Disappointing Experience Autosvillarosa…

I purchased a Jeep from Autosvillarosa and within 2 days the flywheel failed. After only 3,000 kilometres, the engine completely failed.
I immediately contacted the dealership expecting support or some form of responsibility. Unfortunately, they refused to assist or offer any meaningful solution.
When you buy a vehicle, especially at dealership level, you expect basic reliability and at the very least some accountability if major mechanical failures occur almost immediately. An engine failing after 3,000km is not normal wear and tear — it indicates serious underlying issues.
The most disappointing part was not just the mechanical failure, but the complete lack of after-sales support.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution.

Just avoid this business.

Just avoid and shop elsewhere unless you like being ignored repeatedly. Issues that they pretend are out side of their liability despite happening within 30 mins of leaving the garage. Trying to get you to hire a Grua from your own insurance policy 30 mins after leaving the garage with a clutch peddle stuck to the floor.

Less than 1000 km later and the starter went and some other issues also.
The thoughts of having to deal with them would make your blood boil, so rather than trying to get them to fix anything, just took it else where despite being inside warranty.

No worth the head ache of dealing with them.

Just avoid this dealer at all costs.

AVOID

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
Shocking experience from beginning to end. Failed to provide car on time, then gave a manual curtesy car instead of auto, finally got them to swap, no ITV sticker.....
Failed to provide correct temporary paperwork, so had to chase this, hard when they don't answer the phone or messages, got this eventually. But when it expired the didn't provide new, just ignored me. When the car paperwork finally arrived with them, they were never open to collect it, and refused to post it. Still ignoring calls and messages. Had to re register car at a cost to me to get paperwork in order. Also don't speak English as they claim and are very rude and unprofessional.

Dishonest and unprofessional

Dishonest and unprofessional. At first, they promised to deliver a car when it passed its itv. Then the date and reasons for not doing it kept changing. Then they stopped answering my calls and messages. They have not returned my deposit. They wasted my time, my energy and my money.
