This my second time working with Autotech I find the work and placements for work are always changing giving me a very different challenge day to day which brings a multitude of different tasks on a wide range of vehicles and make of vehicle keeping me up to date on mechanical repairs which I would not really gain working for one make of vehicle or working for one independent garage. The contact between me and my line manager is good but i do feel it could be inproved with a weekly or fortnightly review , depending on the content of the review . Eg how are we fitting in to the new work environment do we have any problems ECT! . I feel that we are left to our own devices in making contact with new clients and for filling there requirements and needs on site. The client doesn't seem to know who they are getting and there how good there skills are. But when all said and done I'm very happy with things as they stand and I feel i have a good working relationship with Autotech.Looking to a good and long relationship with them.

So if you are thinking is it for me ask your self am I happy working in just one place all the time,am I happy working for the same boss and the same work mates all the time, am I happy working on just one brand or type of vehicle if the answer is no then come and work with us don't think about it DO it and don't look back

Since starting with Autotech i have been given a variety of different dealerships to work for and have really enjoyed the opportunity to do so.
