Josh, came to the house and installed a ghost 11 immobiliser he was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and offered 24/7 support should something go wrong with the system I cannot recommend enough so what you waiting for get the ghost 11 fitted to your vehicle for peace of mind and security from a top class installer ☆☆☆☆☆

Josh yet again saves the day by coming to my home address to sort out the immobiliser’s service button that needed coding to the car. He did it all in 10 minutes and did not even charge me for sorting this matter out (+ delivered a second key fob for my second set of keys too!). 10/10, repeat customer for life.

Professional installer and knows what he is talking about 100 percent trustworthy and will explain everything from a to z of the process ,ghost and tracker fitted now feel secure to leave my car on the streets will be using again in future also recomend any one with new car to go see him

Josh was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, I never usually post reviews so just this alone speaks for itself, but I was very impressed with how friendly, helpful and knowledgeable Josh was! There's no question you can ask he doesn't know the answer too in relation to the GHOST system.

I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to help prevent thief's from stealing thier pride and joys!

Fantastic experience at Autotech. Have previously had ghosts from other installers but never received customer service and support as highly as here. Even when I changed my mind about the car I'd bought after having the ghost installed, went the extra mile to help make removal quick so I could change the car, and reprogram and install in the new one!. If your after a ghost or the likes, can't recommend enough!

Used Autowatch to install a ghost II immobiliser, and couldn't have wanted for a better installer. Josh knew what he was talking about, and had extensive experience and knowledge of how to install these devices. He took his time, the job was done properly. I really couldn't recommend him enough. He also provides 24/7 phone help if any issues aswell. If you are wanting someone to advise on, and install vehicle security. Then look no further. Would highly recommend.

Great service. I would highly recommend Josh, very professional and was great at explaining everything.

Josh is very knowledgeable and has mastered the art in car security systems. Josh provides information and guidance tailored to the needs of the customer. He listens and understands the customer to provide the perfect security package for them. I have had a rear and front dash cam installed, Josh was very flexible, offered to supply a recommended dash cam at the retail value or to supply the camera myself for installation. This is very important in the car business, to be attentive and flexible around the customer and Josh mastered this from start to finish!

In addition, Josh is obviously very skilled and experienced, does his job with pride, joy, and most importantly, with integrity and perfection! Not a single wire trailing about, he did a neat and clean job!! You know it’s a professional job when the car looks as though its has not been touched!! ☺️☺️

The aftercare provided was 5/5, Josh explained exactly how to use the camera and provided tips and tricks on using the mobile app.

Overall, a great experience and will be back to get the immobiliser installed.

I had a Ghost Immobiliser, Scorpion Tracker, and BlackVue Dashcam fitted by Josh. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the installation was immaculate, and the aftercare is top-notch.

This is a lesson to others on how things should be done!

Absolutely incredible service. After having previous cars stolen, the thought of having another kept me awake at night.
I was given an appointment straight from picking my car up after buying it so I could make sure it had the ghost fitted immediately.
Upon arrival the garage was incredibly well kept and tidy.
My ghost was fitted quickly and efficiently and was fully explained to me how to use. I could not feel in safer hands than I do with autotech. Worth every penny and such a pleasant experience all round. What a lovely, helpful and friendly person to deal with.
I had a problem with my car today, as it wouldn’t start, upon calling up, I was told I would be seen that day as soon as I got home from work. When I got home, I was met by the same helpful face. The problem was with the battery in my car and nothing to do with the ghost, but even so, it was dealt with there and then and at no extra cost, even though it took two hours from Josh’s day.
Josh is very keen to always be available when needed and I have no concerns at all that he won’t be able to sort any future problems.
Lovely guy, lovely service and fantastic business.
