Answer to companys reply:
NO it is not customer duty to fill papers all over again. I have given you information and you say after 7 months that something is missing and fill four (4) new paper with identical information. It is your stupid internal process. Please fill yourself!
After a year filling medieval fax blankets my date format is incorrect. They always pass to next person and start asking VIN and everything from beginning.
Cant believe this is true. So sad about this process. I guess there is no such thing as guarantee in this company!
Over 100 emails with EVANS, , ROBERTS, CROFT, SMITH, LARSSON, PARKER etc. and my issue is form is still not filled correctly. There is all info but format is not as requested.

Email with pictures is not enough to handle guarantee isuua. You have to fill order details all over again and fill stupidly long pdf form (which is not editable). Who has printers and fax these days???? This company is lost to 20th century.. I laugh when they insist to have signature!!! OMG! Do you collect signatures and do what??

They promised short delivery time. But after 8 days nothing....
Unfortunately I thought that one company is able to send parts from stock but this company is same as Autodoc.

This review is for the company Autodoc or autoteiledirekt.de (they seem to operate under a bunch of different names, so I posted here and on Autodoc reviews).
The short version: Absolutely terrible customer service, bordering on a scam. Order somewhere else!
The very long one for those who care:
I ordered a bunch of parts from them and to be fair the items are what I expected and do their jobs but 2 days after the items were supposed to be at my house (shipped inside Germany so no excuse there) I called them up and after pretty unfriendly interaction with their customer service guy I got promised that it would go out that day. So, if it says 2 days, expect a week.
While I was talking to him I noticed the parts where now 30 Euros cheaper on a 200 Euro order and I asked him for a deal. I would have taken store credit, even a complimentary sponge or a packet of gummy bears or something that showed any interest in their customers, but he wasn't willing to budge. Fair enough there too, they don't have to.
So, I told him I would just order the stuff again and return the first package and since they already delivered the parts too late for me I had all the time in the world (second package was late by the same time frame too). I even bought their safe order (sicher bestellen) feature on the first order, which states that I can return the uninstalled parts for a full refund for any reason within a 100 days or something like that. Since the boxes are just sitting here and haven’t even been opened it shouldn't have been a problem.
A week after I filed for the return I haven't even gotten a mail saying that it is being processed other than their automated instant reply so I called them up again. I didn’t even get an answer the first 4 times I called even though it kept telling me constantly I was next in line. After 15 Minutes and 27 Seconds you get dropped from the line each time so you get to try again. I have a headset and plenty of time while i was doing other things so I just kept calling. Even tried calling them from 3 lines at once (I got bored) and you get the same message on all of them. That was around 10am on a regular business day. Never got through to anyone then so I tried again in the afternoon and after the second round of waiting I actually got someone who couldn't even say hello or good bye or anything and I tried my best to be extra friendly. I got some results in the form of six emails (one for each part I ordered) saying my return was accepted and an attached PDF Return Form for every part. Seemed like progress but it also said that my return mailers would come in separate emails which still haven't arrived 5 days later.
I guess I will listening to some more annoying music and automated messages next week. At this point I fully expect them to either not answer at all or at best be extremely rude again. Chances of me getting the full refund, that their extra safe order service promises are slim to none and I bet they will give me the full runaround for that too.
Calling it what it is at this point is a Scam.
I will change this review accordingly if they manage to surprise me and not do any of that, after all terrible service and late deliveries aren't a scam if the parts are what you bought but at this point it sure looks like a Scam when it comes to their return policies and safe order options.
Update (26.06.2018):
I guess complaining loudly on the internet does help since their english speaking customer service called me up first thing monday and sent me the return mailer (just one though even though I got two boxes but since they already had all the heavy stuff in one box and the 2 super light things in a seperate one I figured they might as well go in a single box. Didn't want to argue over this but I took a bunch of pictures anyway). The english speaking customer service rep was very nice, which was a welcome change so I guess I'll be carefully optimistic and wait.
Update (09.07.2018):
Turns out they actually did send me three labels - in yet again three separate emails - just two ended up in spam. I guess since it took 40something emails (not even kidding) to get to this point. So I sent the three packages in the same arrangement they came here and apparently they received them on Jul. 2nd. Still waiting to hear anything further. Don't hold your breath on getting your money in any sort of timely fashion back. Mind you I started the Process over a month ago on June 3rd. I do realize the return proves and banks and all that take their sweet time too. I don't have a problem with that, but this is just ridiculous. How does a company with that terrible of a customer service stay in business these days? I've head better customer service from Indian tech support scammers than these guys. I’m curious what happens next. My guess is I do get some money back at some point or another but not even close to the amount I paid with all kinds of bogus charges and “service” fees as a justification. I guess we will see.

It took 8 days to answer my matter about a product that did not fit!
I ordered a lock cylinder (with two keys) with the correct OE number and to fit my car (also according to VIN code/ chassis number and registration number, but in the box was a completely wrong model. The support blames me that did not look up properly before purchase and that I am responsible for shipping (which costs more than the product is worth). Has sent pictures of comparisons between the products, but the support does not care and does not look up with the manufacturer. I do not know which cars it fits and therefore can not sell it, so I'll scrape it.
Order from Autoteiledirekt if you think you will not have any problems with the products, but otherwise avoid!

I have finally received free shipping back for the lock cylinder, but I think Autoteiledirekt has taken a long time to realize the mistake that is mainly the manufacturer's.
It should be added that the number on the product itself is correct.

Es dauerte 8 Tage, um meine Frage zu einem Produkt zu beantworten, das nicht passte!
Ich bestellte einen Schließzylinder (mit zwei Schlüsseln) mit der richtigen OE-Nummer und für mein Auto (auch nach FIN/ Fahrgestellnummer und Zulassungsnummer, aber in der Box war ein völlig falsches Modell. Die Unterstützung beschuldigt mich, dass ich vor dem Kauf nicht richtig nachgesehen habe und dass ich für den Versand verantwortlich bin (was mehr kostet als das Produkt wert ist). Hat Bilder von Vergleichen zwischen den Produkten gesendet, aber die Unterstützung ist egal und nicht beim Hersteller nachschlagen.
Ich weiß nicht, welche Autos es passt und kann es daher nicht verkaufen, also werde ich es kratzen.
Bestellen Sie beim Autoteiledirekt, wenn Sie der Meinung sind, dass Sie keine Probleme mit den Produkten haben, aber vermeiden Sie dies!

Ich habe endlich kostenlosen Versand für den Schließzylinder bekommen, aber ich denke, dass Autoteiledirekt lange gedauert hat, um den Fehler zu erkennen, der in erster Linie der Hersteller ist.
Es sollte hinzugefügt werden, dass die Nummer des Produkts selbst korrekt ist.
