Very good company, reasonable rates, courteous and punctual.

This company did exactly what they said they would do. My vehicle was delivered to its destination, and on the day promised.

I also get reminders about the service they provide, and I have recommended this company several times over.

I used ATT three times to transport 3 SUVs from NYC to CA and TX to WA. They did good jobs and the vehicles were delivered on schedule. The cost is very reasonable. Highly recommend!

As other reviews said I’d give this company zero stars if possible. They will promise you a pick up date and time and then will come up with all sorts of excuses for why they didn’t show up - the driver won’t pick up, the truck broke down….. I had taken days off work to wait for them which were wasted. They don’t return calls and when I tried to call them to check on status they wouldn’t pick up the phone. I blocked my called ID and they finally picked up. Once they figured I was desperate enough they hiked up the quoted price. I decided not to use them.

This company is SCAM!! We lost 3000$ during transport with this guys ! BE AWARE of it ! No communication at all with them !

ALL AROUND WATE OF TIME. TOLD ME WE HAVE TRUCK WITH SPOTS , I SAID OKAY YOU'RE NOT LYING RIGHT BECAUSE WE NEED TO GET HOME TO OUR REAL JOBS. TEXTS ME NEXT DAY THAT PICK UP IS TODAY AND THEN CANT BE BOTHERED TO TELL ME WHAT TIME BRCAUSE THEY WERE NEVER COMING IN THE FIRST PLACE. THEY DID THE SAME THE NEXT DAY, TOLD ME BEFORE 5, WELL THESE LIARS DONT ANDWER THE PHONE AND NEITHER DOES ANYONE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ANY OF THE 4 LINES THEY PROVIDE JUST FOR SHOW. TELLS ME AGAIN!!! NEXT DAY THAT MY VEHICLE WILL BE PICKED UP AFTER I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SOME ONE ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE. THEY SAID “OOH SORRY THE TRUCK BROKE DOWN, OUR FAKE REPRESENTATIVE IS ON VACATION THATS WHY HE CAN’T BE BOTHERED TO ANSWER EVEN THOUGH HE TEXTED YOU THE CAR WAS GOING TO BE PICKED UP THIS DAY AT 7:30 AM“ SO THEY TELL AGAIN ME BETWEEN 2-4 MY VEHICLE WILL BE PICKED UP JUST TO GET ME OFF THE PHONE. WELL. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER 15 TIMES AT 4:40PM ALL THE WAY UNTIL 5:30PM, NO TRUCK AND NO ANSWER FROM THIS JOKE ASS COMPANY. NEXT DAY I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WONT ANSWER THE CALL LINE. NEXT DAY I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN TO ASK WHAT TIME THEY CLOSE AND THE WOMAN HAS THE NERVE TO TELL ME 5:30 PM, SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO SAY WHEN I SAID THAT‘S BULL AND YOU PEOPLE ARE LIRS, SHE SAID A BUNCH OF WORDS IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE AND ABRUPTLY PUT ME ON HOLD AND DIDNT RETURN. ALL BECAUSE THESE LIARS WANTED MY BUSINESS? TOLD ME EVERYHTING I WANTED TO HEAR TO GET ME TO SIGN A CONTRACT THEY COULDN‘T EVEN HANDLE. Thats not how normal people do things, especially at their job? And the whole company is in on it?? What a joke.
Not surprised by the bad reviews, there should be more.

I would recommend this company to anyone, especially Victor, he was very professional and pleasant, his Drivers were very nice and courteous, keep up the good job , I will always used you whenever I need to ship my car again,

Even though the sale didn't go through I continue (a month later) to get calls to the point of harassment. They won't stop even when asked to do so and told there is no car to transport. When I block their number, they use another number EVERY SINGLE DAY! Then they just hang up when I tell them not to call

Tony is TERRIBLE! He gave me a price and asked for more money!! He rather text than to answer your calls, very unprofessional!! Do not waste your time with this company!!

I would give Tony Perez 0 stars if I could. He said they had their own trucks and had 2 spots on one leaving in 2 days. He gave what seemed a fair price and promised to get it there by the date I needed. He then sent over a contract with a pickup date 3 days later than promised, meaning my car would not arrive on time. I told him I could not sign because the dates were wrong and he then said I was being "difficult." I said I was not going to work with him and he sent a barrage of nasty texts so I blocked him. The new company I decided to use texted me the next morning asking if I had decided to use AAT after all. Apparently, Tony had put my car on the national board at a higher price than I had agreed to (meaning his price quote was not legit either) and now the transporter I wanted to use was not able to get a driver because of duplicate listings. I emailed Tony asking him to please take the false one down and he proceeded to create a new listing at an even higher price. I have the screenshots. He was actually trying to keep me from getting transport with another company. How messed up is that?!? I sent him the screenshot and told him I was going to contact the BBB (which I did) and other review sites so no one else has to deal with this nonsense. Steer clear of Tony Perez. Life is too short.

Just wanted to write a quick review on American Auto Transport. They made shipping a car across the country for me easy. From the moment I called the customer service was clear on what they needed from me in order to make this delivery on time and efficient. ECh time we communicated they were able to answer my questions and tell me exactly what I needed. Thanks again. You guys made my move stress free.

I had a great experience with American Auto Transport, wouldn’t hesitate on using them again. The sales rep that helped me out made everything easy for me on my end. Stayed in communication with me during the whole time. Great customer service, always returned my calls on time and my car arrived in perfect condition. Driver was really friendly and helpful.

American Auto Transport was outstanding and easy to work with. They picked up my vehicle in the window provided and they got it to its destination within the time frame provided. I would definitely work with them in the future to move my vehicle again!

Victor Perugia helped my family move our cars from Longview,TX to Pompano Beach FL both cars showed up faster then expected Victor was very helpful and considerate with our time constraints Price was avg amongst the other companies. Sure glad we used him though because he followed thru on everything he said he was going to do A+++

I've been using American Auto Transport to ship my cars for years and always have a great experience! Paul is always helpful and gets me on the schedule quickly and helps explain the process and what to expect. I know my vehicles are in good hands with these guys. Highly recommended!!
