Just charge subs instead of wasting time and feeding courier companies
I like the tool and the team are great, very helpful and knowledgeable my big issue is that we need access to the protocols as soon as they are available, remote unlock isn’t practical and subscriptions would be much better. The postage cost and courier timescale have made me regret not buying flex, even though I believe autotuner to be a more suitable tool for my job.

AutoTuner - low cables quality, crap customer service, stolen item not returned. …
AutoTuner was delivered with two cables - black and orange. The black cable arrived broken (no connection between pins). I had to negotiate with AT to avoid to pay 50Eur for replacement. Finally they send replacement.
After time I had a dificulty with AT. The engineer online tested the unit and suggested to send it for a repair.
I had to pay 50Eur for the postage. After 2 weeks AT informed me that the device is ok, and I need to pay for the postage back ! I raised the case, spoke to manager, finally they send the unit back on their cost.
The unit was sent without notice, that it is returned - so it was stuck on TaxDuty - I had to pay etra duty £200.
When it arrived - after some time I found that they did not returned the orange cable. When I asked for this - they refused.
I say - the cables are very low quality, AT Customer Service is not taking Customers rights as a priority - every time they refusing help or support. I do recommend to buy FLEX or KESS as the support much better level.

I received outstanding support.
I didn’t think it would be possible to recover the ECU because I had already tried every method and every tool I had. None of them were able to solve the problem.
So I decided to open a support ticket with the AutoTuner team. Honestly, I didn’t expect much, but I felt it was worth asking for their help.
Surprisingly, the AutoTuner team provided excellent support and helped resolve the issue successfully. Everything worked out well in the end.
