Stay away

Stay away, biggest scam‼️‼️‼️⛔️⛔️⛔️
AutoUnion Cairo kept 100% of my money for a car I never received. I mistakenly booked the pickup for Dec 4 instead of Dec 5 and missed the pickup time. I immediately contacted them, took responsibility, and offered reasonable solutions: continue the rental agreement , charge me for one day, or issue a partial refund.
They refused everything.
Hiding behind “company policy” doesn’t make this right. Flight delays, cancellations, or unexpected health issues happen, and AutoUnion shows zero empathy or flexibility in real-life situations.
Keeping full payment for 13 days rental without providing a car is unfair and unacceptable. I would not recommend AutoUnion Cairo to anyone expecting a fair or professional treatment.
