Bad processes
Nice staff, but completely outrageous slow process. Booked online and provided all required information, yet I still had to write all the same information on a piece of paper at the desk. Then had to wait for the service rep to slowly key it all in again. 1900 century style.
No wonder it took about 20min per customer.
Car was great quality, but I will not come back.

thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to receive such a low rating based solely on the waiting time. Unfortunately, when bookings are made through external brokers, we don’t have direct access to your personal data, which is why it's necessary to manually enter your details into our system.
However, if you book directly through our official website, all information is already available and the check-in process is much faster.
