Got a nicer car than was expecting, man on the desk was so helpful and gave advice for our return flight and also let us pick the car up early. Really efficient service, would use again.

We have an ongoing issue with autovia Sicily. Despite requesting images of the purported damage they claim they still have not sent any proof , this I think is because we took a detailed video upon return as no one was around to accept the car back (maybe a deliberate ploy) now we have a pending payment for over 900 euros Customer service is non existent. Why this company has to resort to these tired tactic when the industry is trying to clean its self up is beyond me, I guess if they have a chance to make fraudulent claims they will as it is time consuming for the customers to resolve, we will be trying to stop the payment as no proof of any damage has been sent. This is the first and last time we will use this company and I strongly advise anyone else to do the same, we have used several other companies who do appear to be honest and never had any issues over the last 4 years. Be warned!

Excellent service from pick up to drop off. As i made the booking through a car hire broker, guy at the counter asked me if I need their local insurance and didn't insist on me to buy it as it happened on other ocasions. Received a 2 class upgrade free of charge, nice, clean and new car. Would hire again from them, very professional team overall.

we took out a casco policy and that helped us because we had an incident. I had a flat tire on the front wheel, and under the insurance, I benefited from a free car replacement. I recommend that you, because the roads in Sicily are not in very good condition, take out a casco policy. it saves you from unnecessary, expensive expenses. keep in mind that in Palermo the car goes to a different location than the airport, but there is a free transport service. we had a good experience, friendly employees who know English.

- Smooth Processing at the Airport

The handover at the airport went absolutely smoothly and the staff was consistently very friendly and helpful. No long waiting times, no complications - everything ran like clockwork. You could immediately tell that customer service is a top priority here.

- Brand New Premium Class Vehicle

We were particularly pleasantly surprised by the vehicle entrusted to us: A brand new Cupra, which we greatly appreciated throughout our entire trip. The quality and condition of the car were impeccable.

- Minor Limitation for Sicilian Road Conditions

The only small drawback was the sport suspension of the Cupra, which proved not quite optimal for the sometimes challenging road conditions in Sicily. We therefore had to drive significantly more cautiously than usual, although it would sometimes have been more sensible to simply go with the flow of traffic. However, this is not a criticism of the rental company, but rather a peculiarity of the local conditions.

- Impressive Fuel Efficiency

We were extremely positively surprised by the extremely low consumption of the vehicle. For an automatic diesel, the fuel consumption was truly exceptionally low, which saved our travel budget.

- Conclusion

We unreservedly recommend this car rental! Professional service, latest vehicles and fair conditions - everything is just right here. On our next trip to Italy, we will definitely use this provider again.

Do not trust this company. Managed to find existing damage and claim that it was new even though the car was covered with dents and scratches that were checked against. Even when the bank contested things and found against them they still pursued things.

Non fidatevi di questa compagnia. Sono riusciti a trovare danni esistenti e a sostenere che erano nuovi, anche se l'auto era coperta di ammaccature e graffi che sono stati controllati. The response below from the company is nothing but corporate policy words. The car was peppered with damage in the first place. If it was protecting its assets they would be fixed. Instead they find ways of making extra money from customers using existing damage. They were ruled against by the bank but still pursued things. Don’t trust them
