I contacted AutoVIP about buying my 3 year old Porsche Panamera 4 hybrid. From initial contact with Alistair and then with Simon, it’s clear they know exactly what they are talking about and offered an extremely professional, highly responsive service with a very fair price. I had already felt frustrated with the Porsche buying team for playing games on pricing and it seems AutoVIP are a cut above in terms of how they deal with their clients. Main dealers of prestige cars have a lot to learn. After accepting the offer in principle, AutoVIP swiftly transferred a £250 deposit to show commitment and then arranged for a visit to inspect and collect the car. This happened very quickly in line with expectations and a colleague arrived to inspect the car to check in line with everything i had said. After a short assessment, AutoVIP then transferred the full amount on the same day and once cleared the transaction was complete. All done in 2 hours. An easy, professional and swift transaction. 5 star rating from me and really pleased that AutoVIP were everything that their previous reviews had suggested.
