Great customer service. Helped me find the car I wanted

I became worried when the company blocked my withdrawal, but 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞,, stepped in and helped me recover my funds.

I worked here.....
And the tactics are just underhand to high heaven.

Now operating under whoop cars.....

Do not buy anything from this seller I bought car mats which were not delivered in time for my sons birthday so cancelled them and asked for a refund just keeps fobbing you off got in touch with eBay to cancel order but sender ignored them a sent my order out over a week late he uses underhanded tactics and do not trust a word they say as he lies saying courier has your item when they do not
FOR GODS SAKE AVOID THIS SELLER ALSO TRADES A JJ AUTOMOTIVE

Toyota rav 4 ... 76k miles on it I have 77k miles turbo gone injectors gone dpf gone .. MAF sensor gone MAP sensor gone took it to toyota its self the car should not have been sold with its underlying issues .. toyota have advised me to go through my credit broker as im within my consumer rights time frame ... Autozone Barnsley now closed not in operation ... stay well away final outcome will be termination of contract or replacement car viva credit company cowboys scammers dog shit company

Bought a BMW from them, engine warning light came on after 2 weeks, returned the car for repair and the mechanic cleared the code and sent me on my way, had this confirmed by a BMW approved specialist. The front driver heated seat also did not work from day of purchase and again refused to acknowledge or repair.
The best part is, I took out the extended warranty and they still didn’t repair anything! They stopped responding to emails and can’t get anywhere over the phone.

absolutely shocking customer services and aftersales.
Still waiting for my complaint to be resolved 3 months later, returned the car as had faults reported within 3 days of having the car. Never had car finance before and the service was absolutely awful from start to finish. I have reported it and trying to get my case close. Seeking legal action.

Couldn’t advise any one enough too NOT purchase a car from these absolute cowboys….. only positive thing I could think of is I had a free bag of crisp while waiting 2 hours when picking my car

got told to bring car in last wesnday for 1 /11/25 only to find it empty no cars or staff rang and number not working so we have been conned .

Absolute cowboys I got a car on finance in January 4days in had to have a new locking mechanism in driver side door due to not opening not locking etc, then 3 weeks in horn wouldn’t work took to a garage they fixed in but kept on working then not working was so faulty made them aware they just kept ignoring me then I’ve had a braking system fault had to replace drivers rear side callipa did this through RAC and still had the same message saying ‘STOP breaking system fault’ RAC came back recovered me diagnosed there to be an electrical fault took back to main dealership as still not getting any response from Autozone had a new scuttle panel fitted as it was all collapsed no lights after this then 5 days in same light comes back on stop breaking system fault every time it rains it comes on. Also keycard hasn’t worked in reader since getting the car an only now the finance company have decided to fix the key card as a good will gesture apparently because Autozone have now closed down after selling multiple dodgy cars through finance I’m not even a year in an I’ve spent at least 2k on repairs an still having issues an apparently there’s nothing I can do now well we will see about that but please anyone else that’s had these issues with them please report to motor ombudsman an FCA it’s so frustrating

Absolute joke of a garage, avoid at all costs! Purchased a car on finance, took 12 weeks to get to me, first week of having it it was back into the garage due to a fault, got it back more faults occurred, was told nothing could be fixed on the warranty, basically sold me a faulty car and was lied about what work had been done on the car previously too, do not go with this garage!

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with AutoZone.
They initially acknowledged a knocking noise on my vehicle when I collected it and identified the likely cause as a faulty timing chain kit. Fair enough - these things happen. They arranged for the repair work to be completed under warranty, which seemed reasonable at the time.
However, the real issue came when I had my car booked in with them this morning. I drove all the way to their Barnsley location for my scheduled appointment, only to discover upon arrival that the company has been liquidated.
No prior notice. No phone call. No email. Nothing.
I wasted my time and fuel driving to Barnsley, and I'm now left with:

An unresolved mechanical issue that they diagnosed
No warranty work completed despite their commitment
No communication whatsoever about their closure
The inconvenience of having to find another garage to fix the problem

The complete lack of customer communication regarding their liquidation is unacceptable. A simple courtesy call or email would have saved customers like myself a wasted journey.
Would not recommend. If you're considering using AutoZone, I'd strongly advise checking they're still trading first.
