Only recieved 1 of 2 items I had ordered. Both items were listed as included in the package on both delivery label and tracking information. Was initially told it was an issue with Royal Mail and that 2nd item would arrive in a day or two. It didn't. I contacted several times by email and left messages on answer phone, to eventually be told the colour I wanted was out of stock. After several more emails and the threat of recovery proceedings, I got a refund. Communication is very poor and the 'returns centre' on the website doesn't exist, despite it stating this is the only way of making a return.

If I could give it 0 I would. Absolutely terrible shop, I ordered a horse rug for my new horse and it said it would be 1-2 weeks. I emailed them to enquire about a dispatch date and they said royal mail had lost it but once I asked for a refund they stopped responding. Now a month later I have to file a dispute with my bank. Never order from these scammers!!!

Autumnn Equestrian offers one of the best equestrian products in the market. The quality of the bridles and tights are phenomenal for the price.

Shop keeps taking orders but with no further fulfillment. Emails wont be answered, neither phone calls. Physical shop is closed. No other option in chasing your money back but thought raising a claim with your bank.
