I love their LED headlight bulbs
I love their LED headlight bulbs. They're bright, they've last quite a long time. And their customer service was pretty dadgum good. Only my latest purchase was reverse light bulbs, they weren't the right bulb. But they did refund some of the money.

The on-line customer service is great…
The on-line customer service is great and responses very quickly. I have a GSL450, one of bulbs on/off by itself, sent an email to the customer service and got reply very quickly, followed the instruction to diagnose the issue and they sent me a new decoder for free the next day to solve the issue. Really love the LED bulbs, they are so bright.

I strongly recommend auxbeam and buy from official website. I have 3 cars and 2 of them using auxbeam,first of all they are unbreakable,they are brighter than other brands with same power. and of course costumer service is super good. I buy only auxbeam and no stress.

Great Quality - Lots of Fun
I installed these on my hyundai sonata. They really pop at night making you stand out. I rock with these! They're really fun to drive around in and I get noticed alot.
Their Customer Service is also very helpful and respectful.

Honestly why pay the massive prices for other brands? Auxbeam has incredible selection of products and priced reasonably. I've got 4 XPs on my Tacoma and they're just awesome! Customer service is also very good. Win win win.

Customer service is great. Only reason I gave a 4 star review instead of 5 is for product quality. My item failed within a few months of use. However, customer service was very kind and fast to ship a replacement part at no cost. New part is installed and seems to be working good.

My customer service experience with Auxbeam has been excellent! Even though the start of my issue was completely my fault (mistake in my shipping information), the customer service team responded quickly and corrected my issue far easier than I have come to expect with retailers these days.
