No foreign service. Unfortunately
I tried to order HIFI System. Everything was OK on the web site. My credit card was debited. But unfortunately I received a mail the day after that said that no more system was sold in France anymore. My account has been credited back a few day afte. The contact with this company was very good nonetheless.

Despite problems with delivery company, personal approach was really good and as previously, products were outstanding and good value. It's the personal approach that makes the difference.

Great customer service
Had some problems with another supplier then switched to AV-Excellence. They sorted out all problems for me, got the item out quickly, exactly as stated. Very helpful, customer service people, whom I could understand easily as they weren't located in some remote location half way round the world. Would definitely use them again.

AV-Excellence indeed!
I ordered some Sonos gear from AV Excellence just after the christmas break. I was really impressed with the price and the service that these guys give. Will definately use again in the future.
