Retro in every way. No bluetooth, no wireless headphones, a cassette that you have to turn over after half the tape has played and really well built. As much as I love really high quality music, I was also missing connecting with an album, and just focusing on my self curated play list. This has rectified this, playing music is now an event which needs more that a mouse click. There is no record facility on this device, so if that is what you are looking for then I'd drop a point or two. Everything else though is great. This is the best tape head you can get right now, not as good as they used to be, but still the best you can get, it has a big copper fly wheel that helps reduce wow and flutter and is just a wonderful thing which has won a place in my heart already.
