Paint company did real good and dispatched in quick time , THEN the courier step in !! Waiting in all afternoon for the delivery then get an email to say it’s running late will be 2 hours later now 20.30 and given up all hope , then today arrives and it’s alleged it will be delivered by delsol 16.50-18.50 , so probably be let down again , won’t buy again as there courier service lets them down !!

everything was great except i asked for my parcel to be put through the gate but they gave it to a neighbour instead, nothing major but if i really needed it and the neighbour had gone out i wouldn’t of been able to retrieve it

Thanks for informing us. We did put a note on the couriers website when we booked the parcel on. Unfortunately, sometimes they don't read them when they deliver, especially if it's a busy round. We will inform the courier that they need to check the notes beforehand.

Brilliant help and delivery
Absolutely brilliant service from Avace. We needed advice on a Grade 2 Listed building and Scott researched the correct paint. Once we agreed to buy a pro-forma was speedily e mailed and the paint delivered overnight !
