Quality watches at affordable prices
Have supported this company through their Kickstarter campaign as I'm really impressed with the quality of their watches. It's a very cheap watch
It's a very cheap watch. Advertised as a steel case but feels like alloy or plastic, not sure which. The chrono dial don't zero properly and the pushers are stiff and stick. Also, the absolute worst watchband I ever put on my wrist. So sorry I bought this that I literally threw it in the garbage. Recommend my fellow watch enthusiasts avoid Avail watches.
Superb Customer Service from Josh at Avail
I am happy to say that Josh at Avail watches reached out to me immediately after my initial review. He took my concerns to heart and immediately rectified my problem by replacing the watch and the strap. The watch works perfectly and the strap is so much better; it was easily broken in and is quite supple. As upset as I was at the beginning, I was quite pleased with the response. My concerns were addressed in a timely basis with an excellent outcome.
Things went so well that I have already recommended this particular Avail watch to two of my friends. Thank you to Josh and Avail and your phenomenal customer service! I look forward to future purchases from you in the future. Warmest regards, Tony

Excellent customer care service
Everything was fine bar one thing. One of the two watches I bought the battery was flat, not a problem, when i fedback to Avail they reached out to me and immediately reimbursed me for the cost of the new battery. No hassle no fuss.Excellent customer care service.

Love my new watch. My colleague introduced me to avail and I really liked the style of loads of their models. I ordered a grey Artios as I really liked the grey and grey and combo and I wasn’t disappointed. Stunning watch and such a reasonable price - can’t quite believe I paid under £100 for such a good thing. Ordering was easy and it came within a couple of days nicely packaged and good gift box. Would deffo recommend.

My first Avail watch
Just bought my first Avail watch. The grey kiros with a black vintage strap, I can honestly say the pictures on the website don't do this watch justice. The watch is gorgeous, comfortable to wear, its colour and indices are a perfect match very stylish. Oh and the customer service is second to none. All in all just excellent, thanks guys I will return.
