It is a big FAT CON but if you are reading this you will already have realised how deliberately misleading this company is. I was about to order a pressure attachment for hosepipe advertised in Facebook by them. Because I have had a couple of really bad prior purchases on FB I now ALWAYS check out vendors on Trustpilot. However at bottom of ad it stated a Trustpilot rating of..... 4.9. I did not trust that so I came here to double check. And surprise, surprise... the rating in the ad was fiction.

Company adds charges, provides false shipping information and fails to respond. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Wish I had checked directly here first before ordering. (Their site or ad showed a 4+ stars rating). I too ended up with "additional items" discovered after purchase as there is no cart to review before confirming. I immediately emailed them to cancel and refund - if they fix this, I will update this review.

Placed an order confirmation showed additional items and charges not shown on placing the order. No way to cancel or change. I canceled my card be fore charges showed up, I hope. Really bad outfit.

Zero stars would be a more appropriate rating. Customer service phone no doesn’t work. They say co is located in NY. I received my order from china in over a month. I had already bought the product from Amazon for half the price. A true scam company! Don’t use!!! Report to BBB

The activities of this company are a scam. I ordered knives which never arrived and there is zero response to emails requesting progress. Avoid these thieves like the plague.

Your original add was misleading. I bought two knives in hopes that they were the knife advertised in your earlier adds, I was sorely misled. What I received is a joke as far as knives go, a very cheap piece.

This company advertises merchandise that looks relatively good. But the crap you actually receive is just cheap chinese junk. Don't buy anything from these thieves.

I will add my bad review to the many that are already there. I also ordered two mattress lifters in January and haven't received them. I've gotten no response from phone calls or emails to the company. Despite having paid (without extras added on) and having gotten a receipt, I get daily emails that my cart is still full and I should buy what is in it.

All I wanted was to return an incorrect order. I followed the directions and absolutely nothing happened. No response whatsoever.
People like this absolutely frustrate me and give no chance to bona fide companies.

On 2-2 I ordered to mattress sheet lifter tools, purple and green. After I pressed select I immediately started getting page after page of additional items to buy with no way to stop them. They finally stopped and I got confirmation that my order was $18.98 but it only showed I item shipping. I immediately sent an email asking where the other item was. The next morning I checked my PayPal account and it showed I was billed $23.72 including $8.53 for handling which was not on the order I approved. I have emailed them several times asking about the missing item and the charges. They have all been returned as undeliverable. I’ve called them several times for information and all calls immediately go to voicemail. I’ve left messages but there has been no response. This company is a total scam and needs to be removed from the internet.

The whole ordering system is corrupt. Other items added to an order. No chance of rectifying the order. I am forced to wait and see it my order is in fact delivered.
I certainly would never recommend this company.

I would choose zero if I could, this company is totally unscrupulous & exploits its customers. Several items were added to the basket surreptitiously. When we realised we tried to cancel the order many times, but no reply from any of the emails they had listed on the order or the website. Part of the order was then delivered & once again we sent numerous emails to cancel explaining all that had happened & to at least refund the items not sent, also asking how to get a refund as it states on Avaleric website. Instead, 26 hours later we are advised the unsent items are on their way! Do not deal with this company, they are deceitful & predatory in their behavior, all a big sham of being a good US company, all items came from China with chinese instructions!!!

Never again. Very unsatisfactory experience. Website shows a group of alleged employees appearing to be U.S. based which seems to be a rouse. Items supposed to be delivered in about a week or so. Mine was OVER A MONTH with NO updates. Inexcusable.

BE CAREFUL
I am 76 and wanted to purchase the mattress lifter tool. I chose one that cost $12.99 and then as I tried to pay the site kept adding items to my purchase without me realising. I ended up with items I hadn’t ordered and my order came to US$148.55. I wasn’t aware I was being charged in USD and didn’t receive an order summary at the end. I found out how much I had been charged when PayPal sent me notification. Then Avaleric sent me my order summary and I had items such as toilet cleaner, wood tool repair kit and a set of four mattress tools.

I have lodged a complaint through PayPal and asked them to stop the payment. I had to write to Avaleric and PayPal are waiting to hear back from them.

I realise now I was supposed to deselect from the six pages that followed. This has been an extremely upsetting experience for me as I am a self funded retiree and can’t afford to pay for things I did not buy.

The item was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 days. It was well over two weeks when I finally got it. But most alarming is the fact that they charged me differently than what the printed copy of my receipt. It was about $20.98 and they charged me $26.23. I tried to send them an email and a telephone call. Neither one was available to even use. I wrote them a letter because that was the only way I could get them. I have not heard back yet. I find this to be very sketchy and would not recommend using this company. There is no way to get a hold of them.
