Friendly atmosphere and helpful…
Friendly atmosphere and helpful instructors. The experience was very informative and rewarding. I learnt a lot about providing quality care to service users and the necessary communication skills and restraint tactics to subdue services users who prove difficult to handle. All personal of Avalon were patient and very kind towards the trainees and I look forward to coming back next year for my refresher course.
