My first time with Armor Shield IX was now 4 years ago. I applied it to my new red Nissan Leaf, and it lasted at least 3 years. (It could have lasted longer but I decided to add a coat.) I liked it so much I bought more as gifts for family and close friends. I even helped apply it as part of the gift. It is easy to apply. The most important thing for results is the prep work with the clay down clean. Once clean, just wipe on and wipe off. When I reapplied to my 62kWh Leaf after 3 years, I did base coat with the standard Armor Shield IX and top-coated with GOAT. The gloss was so deep, a friend thought I had bought a new car!
My one bugbear is that it is very hard to get GOAT in New Zealand, so for those of you in this neck of the woods, the MAX is almost as good.
I do note that the first coat on a new job is very thirsty. After the clay-down it usually takes one-and-a-half bottles, but the second coat only takes half a bottle. However if you want to protect your paint and give a great long-lasting shine, nothing beats it for DIY.
(P.S. date of experience only allows for one date in last 12 months. I have now used this multiple times on multiple cars over 4 years.)

Been using this product for several years with my detailing business. I have never been let down yet especially for the cost.

Great products

A few products I use for my business, 1 the ceramic light is a must have this stuff is amazing as a topper or just a spray on, its so easy to use, next the Max is a great coating for beginners or more advanced installers, its so easy to use and 4 hour cure time had me sold, next the GOAT now it's a bit pricey but it's an amazing product! I installed it on a Jeep Gladiator maybe two years ago and still holding up very well, also very easy to use! And try there MF towels there great for wiping compounds.

I used Avalonking ceramic coating on my Subaru Outback three years ago and water is still beading and the finish is shiny and looks new. It was easy to apply and saved me over a $1000 AUD on the showroom quote

The product is very easy to use and instructions are simple. Coating took about an hour and didn’t even use half the bottle.

I used this on my 2018 ford f150. It went on flawlessly. They most important part is the prep.i used a glazing compound and it came out awesome. It lasts and one bottle did two coats. Good product.

I have ordered over 5 bottles in the last few years and have applied it to 4 different cars, it is very easy to apply and the results are amazing. I leave in a very hot country and the cars are left outside more than I would like to admit. In my experience the counting lasts for 9-12 months.

First if all, this is a product that actually delivered what it proposed. Secondly, it arrives in a timely manner, packaged *very* nicely, with all that you need to apply it.* There is an applicator, several cloth refills for it, and even a set of protective gloves.
I have ordered three times from these folks. Same every time.

My project is an enormous expanse of paint, seals and glass - a 40' motor coach.

You don't need to be cautious about the surfaces the product touches - unlike most surface specific products. Plastics, glass, and paint over fibreglass all come out gleaming.

The product DOES last two full seasons. I live in Alberta, Canada, where it is sunny, snowy and rainy; temperatures range from -40 > +40 Celsius. [That's "damn it's cold to damn it's hot" in Fahrenheit]. My "rig" gets compliments, even from body shop guys. I have been asked several times what I'm using.

I would go so far as to say it restores sun-faded plastics better than my once favourite.

Application is not fussy, with the exception of weather (in my case, as I have to work outdoors). As a guy who has previously HAND WAXED and polished said monster, and all manner of other vehicles, Avalon King is extremely reduced in labour over the many steps to achieve the same result with waxes!

*Do it right, get their pre-application wash, and their maintenance wash.

With one bottle I was able to apply two cots to my WRX. Finish looks amazing and it was easy to apply.

I have applied AK coatings on my Magnum, C43 Mercedes and my MX-5. Beads up like crazy. Supper easy to apply. Like all of the products that I have tried. Good Stuff. R.P.

Avalon King ceramic works excellent fast and easy. I did my vehicle I love it. It keeps it super glossy and it’s easy to wash.

My ARMOR SHIELD IX, NANO CERAMIC Coating arrived in a slick, compact and quite elegant package. Even opening the all black box was an experience to behold. Everything was very neatly arranged.

This ceramic coating came with easy to read instructions which made the application totally easy and controllable. Ephraim; my automobile, has a thick hard finish that dirt washed right off. I truly, highly and deliberately recommend...

I am a full time detailer for the past 6 years and have ceramic coated over 500 vehicles, including boats, airplanes, and RV's..I only use Avalon King and have never had a failure or comeback. I have tried others, however none are as easy and as glossy as Avalon King. Their claim of at least 2 years is extremely accurate as most of my customers get 3+ year out of the coating. The customer service is second to none and I should know being is sales prior to full time detailing after retirement. Shipping is just a couple of days and never once have I had a delay. I buy typically in lots of 10 given that I only doing Ceramic Coating and no sealants or wax. If I am going to spend the time in prep work it's getting a coating. I am proud to recommend to all my customers the lineup of Avalon King products to all of my customers after I coat their vehicle etc...

I heard a lot of hype about Armor Shield Lite so I had to give it a try. Boy, they were not wrong. The shine it leaves behind is amazing not to mention the hydrophobics. Wet or dry...it doesn't matter. Spray on and wipe off. That's it!!! Definitely a must have in your detail arsenal!!

Applied avalonking on my Chevy Silverado 2 years ago and still going strong makes removing winter grime an easy task plus protects front end from bug splatter.I dress it up with avalonlite occasionally and the shine is brilliant.Plan on purchasing again this year when my wife gets her new suv.Great product easy to apply.

I've used avalon king armor shield product for about 6 years now. I will not use anything else. I have had great success with this product coating my motorcycles and truck. Wear is fantastic, shine is superb, great hydrophobic action. Kudos to yall

Bought many kits and was very satisfied with with their products , if there was and issue they would make it right no problem. The products are easy to use and with awesome results
The SHINE ! will blow you away

I have had the opportunity to use the Armor Shield Coating and this product made the car's paint pop. It was easy to apply and was not messy at all. I also used the ceramic spray light on another vehicle we own and the water just beads off. These products are amazing and definitely worth the buy.
