Broken backsplash
Broken backsplash, slow response, and no resolution
I purchased an approximately $3,000 Avanity Carina vanity from Lowe’s during a promotion in June. When we opened the box for installation in September, we found the Carrara marble backsplash broken.
I contacted Avanity on September 11 with photos and order details. Their first response came five days later, stating that damage should have been reported within seven days of delivery. They subsequently said they would see what they could do, but as of September 21, despite follow-ups, they have provided no concrete resolution.
I have also been unable to purchase a matching replacement backsplash. My bathroom remodel remains stalled. For a vanity at this price, receiving a broken component and struggling to get meaningful support is unacceptable.
