Unprofessional and inexperienced staff
Unprofessional and inexperienced staff, and a fraudulent banking system. They keep charging me penalties even after I pay a large sum before the EMI due date, despite sending email confirmations of EMI receipt. This has impacted my CIBIL score. They also push unnecessary fake insurance policies.
