Scam Company ordered a case it never turned up and won't reply to emails anymore, they have also marked the order as fulfilled.and the UK part of the company name (Avatar Case UK)can only stand for unknown because they are not in the United Kingdom. Avoid at all costs

Wish there was a zero star. This company is a scam. I ordered a phone case and no signs of it ever since. They don’t respond to the emails when inquired about the shipment status and the DHL tracking details also come up as invalid. Avoid at all cost.

Horrific company who lied that case was in transit, then said was out of stock etc etc. every time I email them they say they will refund the money in 5-10 working days , this has been on going for months. Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering but they fool you into thinking you are buying from the UK but they are in New York.

No response to 'contact us' Been waiting weeks for phone case and nothing arrived yet. Will never ever buy from this company again. Totally useless. Avoid at all costs.

Same as everyone below and wish that I'd checked the reviews beforehand. I got a order confirmation email for a case upon purchasing and contacted to find out what happened five weeks later with a terrible and useless response. Only to find that my order email had disappeared from my inbox which was even more worrying. Please avoid this company.

I ordered a rainbow coloured case and got a black one
It cost me 14 pounds to return it to punkcase new York

They have not refunded my postage paid and have not sent me a replacement or refunded my 25 pounds plus 14 pounds
E mails to and fro and still waiting

Terrible customer service as they should have sent me postage letter to return goods , instead I had to spend another 14 pounds to return item

If you are prepared to wait for almost two months for your order, while being told that the item is in transit, and receive misleading replies from customer service, then this might be the place from which to order. I would not buy from Avatarcase again.

Scam company! Wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. The website looked convincing and I didn't Google the reviews. I've had the exact same experience as every other reviewer on here. Its a total scam. They are based in the US (don't be fooled by the UK website) so really difficult to do anything about the fact that they stole my money.

You can't be constructive when evaluating thieves.

Bait and switch!

I give zero stars. I paid for expedited shipping, and they did a bait and switch. I got the wrong product, and they charged me 30 bucks for the trouble. They were slow to respond and ultimately stole my money. I have no product and paid 30 to ship the wrong thing to me and 15 bucks to ship the item back, and their reply was, oops. Sorry for the 45 you spent on freight. You can keep the wrong product for a 20% discount plus 30 bucks frieght.

When you email them they are stupid.

Ordered a phone case and a case finally arrived which was nothing like the one I ordered. Different colour, cheaper case, missing bits. Company refuse to refund or send return label. Numerous emails and they refuse to correct their error or refund the item. Now stop answering emails.

Do not use! Sent the wrong case. When I contacted them they looked into it and said the one I ordered was discontinued even though it's still shown one their website. The options they gave me was that I could have a 50% off discount if I kept it or I could send it back to New York for a full refund. Looking at the other reviews (that I should've checked first), this is a common thing. They send want they want and hope they get away with it.
UPDATE: I've had a reply offering me a 20% discount...instead of the 50% they originally offered. Crooks!

Ordered a purple iPhone 14 pro max case. Waited two weeks and received a black case. Emailed and got a prompt reply saying they’d correct and send the case ordered. Ten days later a silver case arrived. I complained and got told that I’d get a 20% discount or could pay to return the incorrect cases and get an exchange for the case if ordered.

I asked for a prepaid postage to return to be told first to put it in the post with “return to sender” on it (no sender address) then to pay to return at a post office. I advised them I would just seek a refund from my credit card provider and got threatened that they’d just refund 20% if I didn’t confirm I would post the wrong items back

Absolutely useless. Avoid.

The same as the other reviews. Sent the wrong colour and wanted me to return at my costs. Refused to pay for return. Do not use. They are not a reputable business.

I mean I spent 60£ on TWO cases but only one arrived in the wrong colour took about 6 weeks and no help from customer service dont not use except if you wanna waste money

Do not give these your money as that is what u are doing giving then money for nothing they send tracking number then wipe the history. When chased said its out of stock when stated the item had been shipped and sent them tracking number had no reply since... please please DO NOT USE

The same as other has posted. I’ve have emailed the customer department to say this is very misleading. As you’ll have to pay taxes and duties also. And not to show this as a UK company. You’ll find there address in the return policy section to show there in NY.

I believe this is a sister site to punkcase.com... Leading you to believe it is the uk based store hence the 'uk' in the name and .co.uk website... 15 days later, still no parcel (probably because it's shipped from the US) and the customer service email address doesn't seem to respond...Make your website clearer please and stop disappointing people. 👍
