We sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your mug. The responsibility for delivery falls on a third-party company, not us. We received your delivery details three days ago. We will contact the delivery company about this issue and arrange for your money to be refunded.
Feels like a scam.
Nine days ago I received the first sketch. I asked for a revision but never heard from them again. Two days ago I sent another message to them through their contact form, and no-one answered. $19.90 down the drain. Feels like a scam.

Not as described. This is a sham. The advertised avatars are much better than what is being provided. The shown avatars are in colour what you get is a sketch in black and white.

what the heck?!
i clicked on avatoon for help with becoming a vtuber and when i clicked allowed notifications the tab closed and said it was unresponsive I then got a bunch of emails for a p*rn site and things saying my computer was hacked.
