Ordered from elegant range 2 peice outfit only to receive a disgusting inferior item. Have sent many emails with pictures and order number requesting refund. Automatic reply Email comes back with question requesting order number.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam. I placed an order over a month ago, and they keep emailing to say there’s a delay because the item is very popular. I no longer need it and am trying to get a refund. Let’s see how long it takes for them to respond.

This is a scam company
This is a scam company. Will continue to send email saying item is delayed because it's a popular item. They were supposed to deliver in 6 to 10 days. It's been 3 weeks. When I asked. I got an email product delayed. When I tried to cancel, they said they will hold 15% for cancellation. I saw many people have been waiting for 2 months. I reported them to FTC. My credit card company reversed the charges. Glad I did that. Do not buy from this company. Their customer service is thru shine.com. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY OPERATE UNDER MANY DIFFERENT NAMES.

Avoid! Avoid!Avoid!
I had exactly the same experience like Judith. Ordered on 26 Aug and still nothing arrived. Same automated messages to wait and be patient. I asked for cancellation and they wanted to charge me 15% cancellation fees. Then I reported them to the federal trade union and disputed the transaction with my bank. Avoid this company. They are complete scam and fraud.

Scam company ?????…
Website states Ready to Ship items will be posted within 24 hours and deliver to UK within 3-5 working days.
I placed an order 30th September and 11 DAYS later are still shown ' Awaiting Shipment '.
I've emailed the company ( email address is from a company called Shine ) and standard response, items very popular, shipment will be slow. Be patient.
I've asked for a full refund as the items were required for a special event and won't be here in time. I'll hold my breath on that one
I personally believe this to be a scam company.

If I receive the goods, I will certainly update my review, otherwise it stands as is. AVOID
