I took delivery of a Ford Ranger, it was a last minute requirement and the guys at AVC managed to source, fund and deliver in 2 weeks which was perfect. Great service and very friendly.

Just received my new car through Advanced Vehicle Contracts and the whole process was honestly faultless. From the first phone call, the team were friendly, helpful, and really knew their stuff.

They made everything super straightforward – no pressure, just clear info and great advice. The deal they found for me was better than anything else I’d seen, and they kept me in the loop the whole way through.

Car arrived exactly when they said it would, in perfect condition, and the handover was smooth. Can’t fault the service at all. I’ll definitely be using them again when it’s time for a change.

This is a complete con. Please don’t agree to any kind of “lease” with these people. We thought we’d signed a 30 month lease on a car with AVC only to now be told we have a horrendously expensive 5 year arrangement with a third party company called ALD who also want a massive balloon payment of over £15000 on a car worth about £11000.
It is not a “lease” you are agreeing to despite what we were told by these brokers it’s called a Finance Lease (unregulated) Hire Agreement
You can’t even sell the car privately! ALD have to approve the buyer and then take a 2% share of the sale. They keep the V5 and you are stuck with a depreciating asset unable to get rid.
We are now in the process of taking legal action as the agreement is effectively fraud by false representation and the mis-selling of these agreements is a scandal becoming more widespread. Plenty of cases are coming to public attention.
Please do not enter into any agreement with these people without taking some serious advice. There is actually no benefit to using them as you can arrange your own genuine lease very easily and when things go wrong you’ll get no help.
I’ve edited this having seen the reply. You know exactly who we are, this is not some random “troll” we are a small business that has been well and truly scammed by you. Despite all your statements about customer care you have reneged on your written assurances to us about the agreement we signed with you. See you in court!

I had a great experience with Advanced Vehicle Contracts. The team were extremely responsive and very quickly found a car that suited our needs.

Every one at AVC, have been superb, every small detail has been explained.
If there is a problem, it’s solved very quickly. This is my second vehicle from them and will recommend them all the time .

Having dealt with AVC for one car already it was a no brainier to deal with them again.

From the first email I sent enquiring about a new vehicle Trevor was very helpful and listened to all my needs in a vehicle.

Even when Trevor was off his colleague Ben jumped on the email trail so I wasn’t left waiting for Trevor to return.

From start to finish the process has been made extremely easy for myself even down to AVC sorting my personalised number plate being swapped for old car to new.

I’m very happy with my new Cupra Leon and will definitely use AVC again.

I have been dealing with Steve and Trevor for a long time now and they never fail to deliver - I absolutely love my new car and I hardly had to think for myself - they have done everything for me and been a pleasure to deal with. Love the added extras like the matts in my car too!

Stephen and Trevor couldn’t be more helpful from the onset, talking me through the process (as a newbie), offering advice and always on hand to answer any questions I had (big or small).
Although not without its issues, (which were frustrating on both sides) regarding models, pricing and delivery, I am now enjoying my new vehicle.

The team at AVC were all helpful, accommodating and friendly. Adam and Trevor were our main points of contact and they were great - they responded straightaway, they quickly sorted out any niggles during the process of returning my old car and receiving my new one.

Have just taken delivery of my second car from AVC. Excellent service from start to finish. Trevor & Adam kept me updated on progress throughout and made the transaction very simple and easy to complete! My son is now awaiting to take delivery of his first new car next week also through AVC!
