Be careful this might be scam. Mahsun might have tried to place a virus or a trojan horse, during the time I talked to him. I have had to change all passwords. This is what happened: After 15 minutes talk he suddenly cut of the line, telling me that his internet was down and that he would be back in a few minutes. He never went back and he does not have a phone number and do not reply to inquiries on mail.

I'm Mahsun and I am the founder of Avci ApS. I wanted to reach out and sincerely apologize for any unnecessary frustration I might have caused. I wanted to let you know how sorry I am for canceling our zoom-meeting we had scheduled at 4 pm, 19th, March 2021.
This is not typical of me and I can assure you that it wouldn't happen again. I was very short on time and had to leave early to take care of an urgent client situation that required my full attention.
Although I don't have my phone number publicly accessible. I do my best to reply to all inquiries on email, but sometimes a email falls through the cracks and this was unfortunately the case here. Furthermore it makes total sense for us to not have our phone number publicly accessible to maximise the amount of focus we can have on our current clients, where all communication goes through Slack and of-course through my private number which all my clients have access to.
As it may be top late to reconcile, I wanted to you to know that I've used your experience to make sure this won't ever happen again. I can assure you that I am an honest hardworking person who cares very much about doing a good job for my clients. (Which is clearly reflected on ALL of my other TrustPilot reviews) Not attending a meeting isn't how we usually operate and I am very sorry that you had a bad experience with us on our first discovery meeting.
We are a small and boutique agency headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark and we take great pride in leaving everyone we come into contact with a good impression and we do everything to help our clients win and dominate their industry. Once again, I'm sorry I let you down by not responding quickly enough when you emailed me after the meeting. I was very busy and had a lot of urgent matters that I needed to sort out immediately after the time you scheduled in our call.
